All leaders know the number one key to residual income is duplication. Now what is duplication and how to achieve it?
Duplication is finding just a hand full of people that are willing to learn and do what you do. When you find the right
people, they will be teachable and want to learn from you.
From that point on, you the leader, will teach your team the techniques you yourself have learned. Advertising tools that have
worked for you. The essentials of blogging and setting up text ad's, and banner's. Branding oneself is something the
average person has not heard about or even thought about when they enter into a business venture, show them the importance
of banding themselves. Coach them to believe in themselves. Provide reading resource's for them to learn the in and out's
of marketing.
If they have questions answer them in a timely manner, make them feel that they are a part of a team, not just a prospect.
Show them the right way to use social media to advance their business. Help them set-up social networks, such as facebook
twitter, google plus, Etc. Teach them how to gain followers on their networks. Essentially you are teaching your team to be leaders
just like you, so that they can gain and teach leaders of their own. This my friends is the essence of MLM, so simple, yet at times
