Yes, you can just about go crazy with all the Social Media Channels available.
Even if you are totally full time in Social Media, you cannot do it all yourself or by hand.
Work within your budget. If you need to do everything for Free, that is ok. Just stick to that, and research the resources available to you. There is a LOT that you can do for free.
