MLM Training - YOU Become What YOU Think About Most

Focus on what you want - NOT what you don't want

I remember when I first read "The Strangest Secret." This inspirational book is a huge hit everywhere. The one thing that stuck out in my mind is:

"You become what you think about most."

THAT is, of course, true, and that was Nightingale's "Strangest Secret!"

The point is simple. You should consciously choose and be aware of everything you think and talk about. Everything in life is a test - so test this: Visualization

For the next 6 hours, choose to focus your thoughts and your spoken words ONLY on what you really want in your life. If bad thoughts start to creep in, then you need to get those positive thoughts out in more detail. Get vivid colors, smells, sounds. Get all your senses involved.

As Earl Nightingale said, your mind can only hold one thought at a time. The more vivid you make that picture, the more detail you can put into it, the less and less troublesome negative thoughts will be for you. There just won't be any room for them.

You'll find this training on "visualization" especially helpful in focusing on the positive and getting rid of the negative.

So do this little test for several hours every day - until it is second nature to you. Your life will make a major positive change when everything you see is positive.

Thank you Ann for sharing your thoughts on my post. However my main emphasis is on helping people to learn the skill of visualization.

  • Great advice Terri and I am living proof that you can get so distracted.  Will try this.  Thanks for sharing.
