I have to tell you about something happened to me a few weeks ago. My little dog went over the Rainbow Bridge. Now about 3 years ago she went blind and started getting ill. Her anxiety when I would leave her alone made it so I quit doing anything physically. So I have sat on my butt most days and have gotten way out of shape.

This week I started back at the gym with very realistic goals but without this roll-on, I would not be able to do it at all!! That is how bad my strength has gotten. Because I do have this and am able to put it on just before I go to the gym I know I can gain my muscle strength back!

I now understand why a lot of older people walk hunched over. Their lower back has lost all its strength due to years of sitting at their jobs or standing at their jobs. Either take a toll on the body. With GenEase you have a chance to regain some of what has been lost.
