When we allow hate, it is one of the strongest negative feelings that we can have, so it can do us the most harm both physically and mentally.
If the object of our hate, hated us in return, and could have one wish that could harm us, guess what would be a perfect choice? That choice would be one of the most harmful to us and NOT to the object of our hate, and, yes, it would be to hate in return.
Hate is self-destructive but it also can be controlled and extinguished.
I agree. let's stop the hate for our own personal benefits as well as the world's benefit.
