Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.

“A relaxed attitude lengthens a man’s life.”–Proverbs

“Renew your mind with the washing of the Word of God”

Removing stress from your life takes more than prayer alone. You must ‘take action’ to make changes and stop doing whatever is causing the stress. You can learn to calm down in the way you handle things.

It is also important that we realize that stress doesn’t come from our boss, kids, spouse, traffic jams, health issues, or any other circumstances. Stress comes from your thoughts regarding these circumstances.

Living a stress- free lifestyle is able to do wonders in eliminating depression. If you truly would like no stress in your life, take the stress test and follow these practical methods to relieve stress:

1. Be Amused And Be Happy.

Laugh hard and loud! If you lack a sense of humor, find someone else who has or watch a funny movie. Laughter releases endorphin’s (happy chemicals) from the body, which helps boost your immune system.

2. Time Management.

You’ll find that you will be much more able to deal with stress if you have a good handle on your job, relationships, and other activities. When you are in control, you are more inclined to stay focused and calm. Be sure to ‘Plan your time wisely.’

Always leave room for unexpected events – both negative and positive. Allow yourself to be adaptable in rearranging your agenda. Plan to get out of bed at least 15 minutes early in the morning. Allow an extra 15 minutes to get to all appointments.

It’s important to avoid procrastinating on important or urgent tasks. Whatever needs doing, do it immediately. Always undertake the unpleasant tasks early, so that you won’t have to worry about them for the rest of the day. Keep an appointment or record book. Never just rely on your memory.

Make sure that you do your tasks one thing at a time. Be sure to focus your attention on the present moment, whether it’s the person talking to you or the job at hand. This will help you to avoid making any errors – which will lead to more tension and anxiety.

Be patient in waiting. Anxiety caused by impatience will raise your blood pressure. Learn to Say “no” to requests that you cannot accomplish.

Delegate all trivial tasks. You must remember that you don’t have to do it all yourself. Break down each job into separate tasks and assign them to people with the suitable skills.

3. Exercise.

Work Out and Strive to get some habitual exercise such as brisk walking, swimming or whatever appeals to your fancy.

You can play a sport which you’re interested in. Aerobic exercises can considerably reduce the stress factor. Working out also improves your ability to sleep well and gives you time to think and focus on other things.

Exercise also promotes the release of natural soothing chemicals in your body. Never result to excessive exercise, because this may have an adverse effect and might cause more depression.

4. Join A Support Group.

Joining a Support Group is another Stress Relief as it helps to manage stress much better just by having other people helping and supporting you. Did you know that married people and people who are outgoing (always meeting with friends), have considerably low levels of stress in their lives?

Always choose positive friends who are not worriers. All friends who continually put you
down or talk gloomily about life will increase your anxiety. Talk over your problems with a trustworthy, positive uplifting friend. A long-distance call to an old pal can be great therapy.

Forgive others instead of holding grudges. Forgiveness is a great Stress Relief. It not only frees the other person, but yourself as well. Perfectionism is not the means to
happiness. Become more flexible and adaptable to your environment.

Always communicate clearly with your co-workers, boss or team mates. Ask more questions. Repeat instructions that you are given. Clarifying directions at the start of a project can save lots of time later rectifying out misunderstandings. Be honest in your
dealings with others. Lying and cheating will always lead to more stress.

5. Learn to Take Deep Breaths.

Calm down your muscles, escalating your stomach and chest. Exhale slowly. Do it again several times. Follow your breath as it flows in and out. Do not try to have power over it.

This is a good way to relax in the midst of any activity. This practice allows you to find a breathing pattern that is natural and relaxing to you.

Make use of this yoga technique:

Inhale slowly, counting to eight. Exhale through your mouth, even more slowly, counting to sixteen. Make a sighing sound as you exhale, and feel tension dissolve. Do it again 10 times.

6. Consume Healthy Foods And Timely Eating Habits.

Never skip meals, especially breakfast. Take time out to eat heartily no matter how busy you are. Take nutritious snacks to the office, or even the shopping mall. A nutritionally balanced diet is essential to your health and lifestyle.

Researchers have found that even small deficiencies of thiamine, a B-complex vitamin, can cause anxiety symptoms. Pantothenic acid, another B-complex vitamin, is critical during times of stress. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and large amounts of sweets, which can and will worsen them systems and actually cause more stress.

7. Optimistic Living!

Count your blessings, particularly when everything seems to go wrong. Realize and understand that there are many other people who are living in worse conditions than you are.

Never exaggerate the complexity of your problems. Every problem has a solution. All you need to do is find that solution. Learn to be happy and to enjoy life’s blessings. Always live one day at a time.

“Remember that stress doesn’t come from what’s going on in your life. It comes from your thoughts about what’s going on in your life.”–Andrew Bernstein

Regarding Stress Relief it’s important to remember that God will never give us more than we can handle. The small downs do not like for others to come and try to help.

One example:

My relatives saw a small town that they could setup jobs for folks who do wish to work. Place to eat great food. Place to have entertainment on the weekends. This town doesn't have much at all.

My uncle even loaned his employees money to help them out. They just had to pay it back when they got their check. The employees were treated good by my family who owned the business.

People saw them at the police station or out of their business and just started lies about them true or not no one cared.

The cook acted like she was in control of the other workers and servering what she wanted not caring what was on the menu half the time.

The other business folks started trouble for them because they were taking their business and one of the ladies sold them the building end up starting a new business all because they came into town and she was causing them problems.

People messing with cars and employees taken alot of food while relatives left them in charge for a day.

My family even served free food every thanksgiving. Gave to the police, fire station. They helped anyone in need. They even took food to folks who could not get out of the house.

Things like this is why small towns don't grow.

Well that's how I feel anyways.

I moved to a small town here in Okla and I got treated like I didn't belong here and I'm nice to everyone. It took me to go to another town to find a good church to be in.

It's very sad, we are all here to grow with the Lord and it should not matter if you grew up in that town you move to or not. I started this because i knew I needed to loose my weight.
I gave birth March 2 2013 at 270 pounds. I lost only 35 of it and couldn't get any more off. Then I had open chest surgery
which limited all my activity for a while. So my awesome friend introduced me to Plexus and bam...4 pants sizes
down, almost 50 pounds lost and the inches i havent re measured yet is lost. LOVE THIS!

Stacie's testimony- My testimony is quite different than most. I have had Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue for 12 years. This time last year I was tested again for everything that a blood test could provide answers for. My symptoms had become worse, for example there were many days that I was in bed at 4:30pm as soon has my husband would get home from work. My body just couldn’t go any more, I had become severely depressed and needed some answers.
When the test results came back my doctor, my husband, and I sat in the office for close to an hour reviewing the results. He had never seen anything quite like it. To make a very long story short, along with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue, I was diagnosed with being anemic, having Hypothyroidism, Epstein Barr Virus and an internal yeast overgrowth in my digestive tract called Candida. Candida? We’d never heard of it and my doctor wasn’t familiar with the diet I would need to follow. I found the information that I needed online and started the very strict regimented diet that consist of mostly vegetables, fish, and water. No yeast or sugar. I lost about 15-20lbs , which put me near the 100lb mark. I now had to stop the diet and concentrate on gaining my weight back. I was miserable and felt like I was getting no where! It was around February-March when I saw a Plexus Slim sign on someones car. I actually giggled to myself thinking “Well that’s not going to help me!” Eventually I started hearing about Plexus and how it was helping people feel good and actually giving them a boost in their energy levels. But still in my mind “It was a weight loss system.” Then I heard about ProBio5 and it’s benefits for people with Candida. That’s how I became interested in Plexus. As I researched the products I soon learned that it was helping people like me and decided to order ProBio5 and Slim. It only took 1 week for me to start noticing a difference. I became a Plexus Ambassador on May 8th, 2012. When I started, my medicines consisted of150mg Lyrica, Ambien, 30mg Armour (thyroid), 300mg Wellbutrin, 90mg Cymbalta, Sinemet (restless leg),1 gram Valtrex (Epstein Barr Virus), FerraPlus 90 (iron), and 30mg Adderall. As the days went on I could not believe how great I felt. I can not express to you or explain to you the difference in the way I was feeling. Before I discovered Plexus, my doctor gave me a scale from 1-10, 1 being perfectly healthy, the normal person and

10 being the complete opposite. He explained to me that I would never get passed 8. This is where Plexus works differently for me. Instead of suppressing my appetite and controlling binge eating, I am actually hungry and gaining weight. Plexus has changed my life in so many ways. I have more energy and stamina. I am now only taking half
my dose of Cymbalta (30mg)and (150mg) Wellbutrin. I don’t even take the Sinemet anymore and most days I can go without taking the Adderall. I am very passionate about all of the products and strive to introduce the possibilities of them to others."
WOW!!!!!

http://www.drd.myplexusproducts.com/139204 Have A Wonderful Beautiful Bless Day

Seasonal Affective Disorder and Christmashttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/profiles/blogs/seasonal-affective-disorder-and-christmas2013-12-04T05:11:23.000Z2013-12-04T05:11:23.000ZAngela Valadezhttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/AngelaValadez

Sadly, Christmas Is Not A Jolly Time of Year For Folks With Seasonal Affective Disorder.

As the days grow shorter and the nights get longer, the cold dark days of winter can become depressing. Less sunlight and colder temperatures cause many people to feel a sense of gloom, even if they don’t quite understand why. This change of moods is often referred to as SAD — an acronym for Seasonal Affective Disorder.

According to the doctor who coined the term, depression during the winter months makes medical sense. It is brought on by various changes that take place in the body’s mood center. The doctor, Norman Rosenthal, explains that this seasonal mood disorder often causes people to feel lonely and desolate. Of course it is true that many people tend to be grumpier during the long, winter months, and unfortunately, I too, know a few of them. So if you suffer from seasonal affective disorder, you may find it somewhat consoling to know you are not alone.

According to different scientific studies, there are about half a million people in the UK alone that suffer from some degree of winter depression. Other studies indicate that more than 2,000,000 Swedish citizens, where the nights are longer and colder, are affected each winter!

Studies indicate that the number of people affected by SAD dramatically increases the further north (or south in the Southern Hemisphere) you go. People in tropical countries rarely suffer from this disorder. If the symptoms of SAD persist, therefore, some people have found it necessary to actually move to a warmer, brighter climate.

Can seasonal affective disorder be treated? Some studies have found that light therapy has proven successful in more than 75% of the sufferers who tried it. While it sounds simple, simply having an adequate amount of light around you seems to brighten up the spirits!

However, a simple light bulb in a desk lamp may not be enough to do the trick. In fact the light may have to be five to ten times greater than that to be effective. Even that comes no where near comparing to the light from the sun that we enjoy on warm spring and summer days. Light boxes specifically designed to emit greater amounts of light have been instrumental in helping people overcome SAD. By sitting in front of the light box for a half hour or longer each day has helped many people, depending upon the severity of their condition.

So far, light treatment has proven to be about the best treatment for victims of SAD. It must be noted, however, that some with severe cases have also required anti-depressants and even sessions of psychotherapy.

Besides light, there are other stimuli that may help people suffering with SAD. For instance, watching films that take place in sunny locales may be of help. Generally any film that has you under clear, blue skies and a bright sun for two hours or more should qualify.

In addition, some people have been helped by watching warm weather sports on television. Watching sports played out of doors in the sunshine, such as golf or tennis, may be very helpful. On the other hand, constant exposure to indoor activities such as darts, billiards or bowling may actually prove harmful if you are suffering with seasonal affective disorder.

Another way to get out of the gloom of seasonal affective disorder is to have more money to enjoy your family with. This system will have money coming to you fast and you may actually never have to work hard again. Click Here Now!

If you enjoyed this article, please “Like and Share.”

Angela Valadez
210 601 0267

I started doing research on the connection between low B12 and depression/mental issues. I used to take shots, but I never noticed it helping. Once I did my research I found out that there is different types of B12 the one that the doctors give you is Cyanocobalamin, it is also the one most commonly found in all your vitamins, there is also methylcobalamin this is the one that seems to work the best for depression and neurological issues. The spray I take has a combination of the two.

I dove into researching the effects of lack of B12. I have always been anemic, the doctors gave me shots years ago and they didn't really seem to do much of anything. I stopped taking them because I just didn't feel the benefit and I hate shots. I went back to the doctor before the start of my new B12 for a test and sure enough anemic again!

What I was never told is that the anemia was due to a lack of B12! What I didn't know was after the birth of my last child 10 months ago it really just took a toll on my body vitamin wise! If the stupid doctor would have just gave me the right type of B12 I would have been better along time ago! I don't understand why I had to figure all of this out on my own!

This is super important people. I wish I would have realized all of this years ago! Lack of vitamins has a direct impact in on your emotional health! I also added a spray called Lady Mate. The spray has been developed to promote relaxation and maintain an overall sense of well-being. It's a blend of vitamins and herbs that combined, help to pick you up and relieve tension, irritability and more.!!

In your free time google "different types of B12" google "methylcobalamin" and "cyanocobalamin" If your taking a B12 supplement, look on the bottle. I can almost guarantee that your B12 is cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is going to do little to help your mental status!

The kind I take has both types of B12. To be mentality healthy, I really feel that your body needs to be getting the nutrients it needs. I can help with that. Try our spray vitamins. I promise you will feel a difference!Watch this video today. If your interested in getting set up on a Wellness Program of you just want to try out the B12 and see how you feel.
