If so, you likely face a lot of competition. Many individuals and companies are trying to capitalize on the internet and its popularity. So, how you can make sure that you see a steady flow of sales? By relying on articles.

As nice as it is to hear that you can increase your sales with articles, it is important to know that not just any article will do. To please everyone, you should write combination keyword content articles. These are articles that are interesting for your visitors to read, but they are also liked by the search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Speaking of search engines, they are one of the many ways that articles can help you make a profitable sale. When you have keyword articles on your website, readers can easily find that website just by performing a standard internet search. For example, do you sell an eBook that shares tips for selling on eBay? Use a keyword research tool to determine what internet users are searching for. You will see that they are looking for ìthings to sell on eBay,î and general information on ìhow to make money selling on eBay.î

You want to add these and other relevant keyword phrases throughout each article. If properly done, you will find your website appearing at the top of relevant internet searches. This means that a person looking for information how to sell on eBay, may see your eBook listed for sale right away. With a good search engine ranking, you should see a steady number of sales, especially if you are selling a good product or service. As for selling an eBook on eBay, you want your website to be seen first, otherwise searchers may find similar website where that information is shared free of charge.

Traffic received from search engines, like Yahoo, MSN, or Google, is known as organic traffic. In addition to generating organic traffic, articles can also generate referrals. This is when another website refers readers to you. That website can be an article directory or an accompanying blog you operate. Whichever approach you take, be sure to include a link back to your website.

If you opt for using article directories, choose those that give out usage rights. This means that other internet users can use your article. That article can be displayed on their own website or blog, as long as they leave all of your links intact. While you may have concerns about others using your articles free of charge, there are actually benefits to doing so. It is a great way to spread the word about your site and the products that you sell. However, if you ever find your articles posted online without your links attached, ask to have them removed immediately.

If the product or service you are selling is new, you may want to generate interest by creating a press release. Before creating your own or before hiring a writer, know one thing of great importance. Articles can also be used as press releases. Unfortunately, many choose to hire press release writers instead. This is okay, but did you know that it can cut into your profits? Most writers charge more for press releases. Instead, tell your writer exactly what you want written in article format.

If you are unveiling an eBook that shares eBay selling tips, have your writer sum up how you can make money selling on eBay and the importance of familiarizing yourself with moneymaking tips and tricks. Then, have them introduce your product. By taking this approach, you essentially get a press release without actually having to pay for one.

As highlighted above, there are a number of ways that articles can help you generate sales on your website. What is unique about articles is that they can generate traffic and sales for you for years to come.

As long as an article is posted on your website or elsewhere online with a link to your product attached, you should see a steady number of sales, even years down the road.

-----------------------------------------------------

At Last You Can Now Have A Complete Converting Affiliate Marketing Funnel At Your Fingertips With Highly Professional Graphics … All With Point & Click Ease!

http://emarketingessentials.synergize.co/

Men Get Breast Cancer Too!https://syndicationexpress.ning.com/profiles/blogs/men-get-breast-cancer-too2014-10-06T16:30:00.000Z2014-10-06T16:30:00.000ZJulie Kleinhttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/JulieKlein

I think you would have to be living in a cave not to know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) in the USA. In addition, women with these gene mutations are at higher risk of ovarian, fallopian tube and peritoneal cancer. Men’s prostate and pancreatic cancer risk increases if they have the BRCA1 or BRCA2. They wouldn’t be getting tested unless their physician believed they were at risk for breast cancer.

Returning to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, women should get a baseline mammogram at 40 years of age. Depending upon the results, there doctor may recommend annual or biennial testing from then on. On the TV show Good Morning America, Robin Roberts, is a breast cancer survivor. She encouraged one of the other hosts of the show to get her first mammogram. With no history of breast cancer in her family and being quite young, she was resistant, but she took the test. To some people, reading articles seems
like work to, especially if the article is boring and very bland. Well,
articles are supposed to be read, thats their purpose to impart your
message and information. If it is not read then it is a waste of time
and effort.

But all the same, articles have to be written to be read. Its just a matter of making them good.

Making good articles doent have to be strenuous and straining.

There are just some points needed to be reminded of, and some guides
to follow. Once you get the hang of it, writing articles could be fun,
as well as profitable for you and your site.

Of course, writing articles must be about something you know about,
thats why if you own a site, you probably is knowledgeable about that
certain topic and theme. When you write about it, you wont have a hard
time because you already know what it is and what its about. Its just a
matter of making your articles creative and interesting.

To make sure that your articles get read and enjoyed, here are six red hot tips to get your articles read.

These tips will make your articles readable and interesting.

1) Use short paragraphs. When the paragraph are very long, the words
get jumbled in the mind of the reader just looking at it It can get
quite confusing and too much of a hard work to read. The reader will
just quickly disregard the paragraph and move on to much easier reading
articles that are good to look at as well as read. Paragraphs can be a
single sentence, sometimes even a single word!

2) Make use of numbers or bullets. As each point is stressed out,
numbers and bullets can quickly make the point easy to remember and
digest. As each point, tip, guide or method is started with a bullet or
point, readers will know that this is where the tips start and getting
stressed. Format you bullets and numbers with indentations so that your4
article wont look like a single block of square paragraphs. Add a
little bit of flair and pizzazz to your articles shape.

3) Use Sub-headings to sub divide your paragraphs in the page. Doing
this will break each point into sections but still would be incorporated
into one whole article. It would also be easy for the reader to move on
from one point to another the transition would be smooth and easy. You
will never lose your readers attention as well as the point and
direction to where the article is pointing.

4) Provide a good attention grabbing title or header. If your title
can entice a persons curiosity youre already halfway in getting a person
to read your article. Use statements and questions that utilize
keywords that people are looking for. Provide titles or headers that
describe your articles content but should also be short and concise.

Use titles like, Tips on making her want you more, or How to make her
swoon and blush .You could also use titles that can command people, for
example, Make her yours in six easy Ways. These types of titles reach
out to a persons emotions and makes them interested.

5) Keep them interested from the start to the finish. From your
opening paragraph, use real life situations that can be adopted by the
reader. Use good descriptions and metaphors to drive in your point, just
dont over do it. Driving your examples with graphic metaphors and
similes would make it easy for them to imagine what you are talking
about. Making the experience pleasurable and enjoyable for them.

6) Utilize figures when necessary and not just ordinary and insipid
statements. Using specific facts and figures can heighten your article
because it makes it authoritative. But do not make it too formal, it
should be light and easy in them and flow. Like a friendly teac her
having a little chat with an eager student.

————————————————————————

Bruno Duarte is the Owner of http://24HourSuccess.com

Check us out anytime for marketing tips and a free subscription to our cutting edge newsletter.

Check out Rapid Mailer -> http://www.24HourSuccess.com/?rd=io3zBT3R

Beginners Guide to Blogginghttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/profiles/blogs/beginners-guide-to-blogging2014-04-03T20:37:14.000Z2014-04-03T20:37:14.000ZBruno Duartehttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/BrunoDuarte

Beginners Guide to Blogging

A blog is basically an online journal wherein you can digitally pen down your thoughts, ideas, opinions and practically anything that you want people to read.

Blogs come in different styles, formats, and settings, depending on the preference of the user. This is the kind that is usually used by first time bloggers. Individuals who want to document the daily struggle of their everyday lives, poems, rants, opinions, find that blogging offers them a medium in which to express themselves.

Bloggers usually communicate within themselves. This is one of the appeals of blogging. It creates a community of people sharing their ideas, thoughts, and comments with each other.

Blogs varying in topics, themes, and set-ups, can be found in blog directories. Many well-respected studies link stress to heart disease and stroke — the No. 1 and No. 3 causes of death, respectively, in the United States.

Stress is also implicated in a host of other ailments such as depression and anxiety, chronic lower respiratory diseases, asthma flare-ups, rheumatoid arthritis, and gastrointestinal problems.

Stress is not all bad.

Your perception of a real or imagined threat can spark the stress response, which prepares the body to fight or flee.

Thanks to the swift reflex, you might suddenly jump out of the path of a speeding car or flee from a burning house. But when your stress response is evoked repeatedly, your body experiences unnecessary wear and tear — such as high blood pressure — that can lead to poor health.

Even if you only have a few minutes to spare, the stress-busting suggestions described below can make your days calmer, if not easier.

Sometimes just thinking about embarking on a program of stress control can be stressful. Rather than freeze in your tracks, start small and bask in the glow of your successes. Give yourself a week to focus on practical solutions that could help you cope with just one stumbling block or source of stress in your life. Pick a problem, and see if these suggestions work for you.

1. Frequently late? Apply time management principles. Consider your priorities (be sure to include time for yourself) and delegate or discard unnecessary tasks. Map out your day, segment by segment, setting aside time for different tasks, such as writing or phone calls.

If you are overly optimistic about travel time, consistently give yourself an extra 15 minutes or more to get to your destinations. If lateness stems from dragging your heels, consider the underlying issue. Are you anxious and feel stress about what will happen after you get to work or to a social event, for example? Or maybe you’re trying to jam too many tasks into too little time.

2. Often angry or irritated? Consider the weight of reflecting too much on the negative. Are you magnifying a problem, leaping to conclusions, or applying emotional reasoning? Take the time to stop, breathe, and reflect more on the positive.

3. Unsure of your ability to do something? Don’t try to go it alone. If the problem is work, talk to a co-worker or supportive leader. Ask a knowledgeable friend or call the local library or an organization that can supply the information you need.Don’t stress over it too hard.

Write down other ways that you might get the answers or skills you need. Turn to CDs, or books, for example, if you need a little tutoring. This works equally well when you’re learning relaxation response techniques to help with stress, too.

4. Overextended? Clear the deck of at least one time-consuming household task. If you can, shop for groceries through the Internet, convene a family meeting to consider who can take on certain jobs, or barter with or pay teens for work around the house and yard.Learn to delegate to ease the stress.

Consider what is truly essential and important to you and what might take a backseat right now to help relieve the stress.

5. Not enough time for stress relief? Try mini-relaxations. Or make a commitment to yourself to pare down your schedule for just one week so you can practice evoking the relaxation response every day. Slowing down to pay attention to just one task or pleasure at hand is an excellent method of stress relief.

6. Feeling unbearably tense? Try massage, a hot bath, mini-relaxations, a body scan, or a mindful walk. Practically any exercise — a brisk walk, a quick run, a sprint up and down the stairs — will help with stress, too. Done regularly, exercise wards off tension, as do relaxation response techniques.

Stress Relief

7. Frequently feel pessimistic? Remind yourself of the value of learned optimism: a more joyful life and, quite possibly, better health and a stress free life. Rent funny movies and read amusing books. Create a mental list of reasons you have to feel grateful. If the list seems too short, consider beefing up your social network and adding creative, productive, and leisure pursuits to your life.

8. Upset by conflicts and stress with others? State your needs or distress directly, avoiding “you always” or “you never” zingers. Say, “I feel _____ when you _____.” “I would really appreciate it if you could _____.” “I need some help setting priorities. What needs to be done first and what should I tackle later?”

9. Worn out or burned out? Focus on self-nurturing. Carve out time to practice relaxation response techniques or at least indulge in mini-relaxations for stress. Care for your body by eating good, healthy food and for your heart by seeking out others.

Give thought to creative, productive, and leisure activities. Consider your priorities in life: is it worth feeling this way, or is another path open to you by ridding yourself of stress? If you want help, consider what kind would be best.

10. Feeling lonely? Connect with others. Even little connections — a brief conversation in line at the grocery store, an exchange about local goings-on with a neighbor, a question for a colleague — can help you relieve stress and melt the ice within you. It may embolden you, too, to seek more opportunities to connect.

Be a volunteer. Attend religious or community functions. Suggest coffee with an acquaintance. Call a friend or relative you miss. Take an interesting class. If a social phobia, low self-esteem, or depression is causing you stress and dampening your desire to reach out, seek help.

Stress can lead to serious health problems,if you don’t get help with stress from us,please get stress relief from elsewhere.

NATURAL STRESS RELIEF MEDITATION.

A Very Effective Meditation Technique: A Simple Remedy Against Stress And Anxiety by clicking here

Dealing with Stresshttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/profiles/blogs/dealing-with-stress2013-08-05T01:20:14.000Z2013-08-05T01:20:14.000ZTimothy Ellerhttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/TimothyEller

DEALING WITH STRESS DANGER SIGNS

1. Take ten of these super-relaxers any time you feel tense.

2. Stretching- Practice simple stretches such as the “neck stretch”: stretch your neck by gently rolling your

head in a half-circle, starting at one side, then dropping your chin to your chest, then to the other side.

3. Exercise- All kinds of physical activity- hiking, running, bowling, walking, etc. – help when dealing with stress.

4. Take a bath- Ask household members to allow you at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to help you dealing with stress.

5. Get a massage- A massage is a wonderful way to get rid of physical tension. Professional masseuses

generally take 30 minutes to an hour, and will work on specific areas of tension, such as lower back or

neck.

6. Eat well- Reduce caffeine (in coffee, black tea, chocolate) and alcohol intake. Find out if your diet is

well-balanced, and take steps to eat healthier to help you when dealing with stress.

5 Great Ways To Relax Your Emotions

1. Talk – Take the time to talk with a friend, mate or child. Express feelings you might have been holding

in. Listen carefully to your partner. Walking in a quiet neighborhood or park can limit distractions.

2. Laugh – Go to a comedy club, see a funny movie or spend time with a funny friend.

3. The solution lies in

taking action.

If you have been trying to “will” yourself into feeling or just thinking differently about dealing with stress,

these mental efforts will only have a short-term effect. This will only lead to more futile attempts.

AVOID THIS WHEN DEALING WITH STRESS

Start dealing with stress by focusing on attacking your stressors with action.

For example, if you are always running late for work,

take time at lunch to jot down an itemized list of the things you must do in the morning before you leave the

house.

Does it take 8 minutes to shower, 20 minutes to dress, and 25 minutes to get everyone out the door?

Add driving time, errands, and some contingency time. Then plan buffer time for unforeseen events, and if they

don’t happen, view the extra time as a bonus when you arrive at work early.

Slot every activity into its required

time. Determine what time you must go to bed and get up. Reward yourself and the rest of your morning crew

for sticking to this schedule, even for one day.

Plan a bigger reward for two days in a row, and claim the big

prize for a week without a skipped day.

Keep going. Only a small fraction of my team dials in, and even fewer participate in the topic discussion.

Anyone who strives to succeed in network marketing must be trained. I host two team training calls a week, and I also offer one-on-one training to new members. Most do not take advantage of either.

I’ve heard it said that 97% of all marketers fail. Personally, I think “fail” is the wrong word. The percentage is likely pretty accurate, but that 97% likely never were trained. Either they chose to “go it alone” or their company did not provide adequate training. Either way, they simply quit before ever learning the business.

Whatever their experience, former profession or background, every network marketer needs training. Even if they have been in the industry for years, they must learn about the new company, its products and services, and the most effective marketing for that particular business. Not all products can be marketed in exactly the same way or to the same target market.

I am unaware of anyone who succeeded with a network marketing business without first being trained by a good leader. Everyone needs basic training, and to truly reach their goals, no one should ever stop learning. Time and experience are great teachers.

I continue to learn about my Xpress Healthcare business, researching the best marketing methods in an ever-changing field and acquiring all possible knowledge about the products we offer. Many companies add new products occasionally or remove an item from their product line due to low sales. A good network marketer will keep up with their product line and learn as much as possible about what they are selling.

When choosing a network marketing company to join, the company's training program should be one of the most important aspects to consider. My company, along with many others, provides leadership training to help their affiliates grow a strong team. In network marketing, few are able to grow a great business without growing a team. That is why most of us join network marketing companies - to build a team to help us earn more than we can on our own.

I cannot fathom how anyone believes they can join a company and build it without the assistance of others. Training is absolutely vital to success with all companies.

I would love to hear how others drive their team members to training sessions.

Living with Anxiety Disordershttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/profiles/blogs/living-with-anxiety-disorders2012-12-17T01:00:56.000Z2012-12-17T01:00:56.000ZTimothy Ellerhttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/TimothyEller

Living with Anxiety Disorders

Useful information from the National Institutes of Health
Anxiety is an uneasy feeling that something may harm you or a
loved one. This feeling can be normal and sometimes even
helpful. If you’re starting a new job or taking a test, it might make
you more alert and ready for action. But sometimes anxiety can
linger or become overwhelming. When it gets in the way of good
health and peace of mind, it’s called an anxiety disorder.

If you have an anxiety disorder, you’re not alone. Each year, tens of millions of Americans of all
ages suffer from long‐term anxiety. Among children, anxiety disorders are the most common
form of mental illness—one they may carry into adulthood.
For those with anxiety disorders, fears, worries and anxieties can cause so much distress that
they interfere with daily life. The anxiety grows out of proportion to the stressful situation or
occurs when there is no real danger.

Anxiety activates the body’s stress response. Nearly all the cells, tissues and organs in your body
go on high‐alert. This stress response can wear your body down over time. People with chronic
(long‐term) anxiety have a higher risk of both physical and mental health problems. Some people
visit their doctors because of headaches, racing heart or other physical complaints without
realizing that these symptoms may be connected to how anxious they feel.
If you are troubled by anxiety, the first person to see is your primary healthcare provider. He or
she can check for any underlying physical illness or a related condition. You may be referred to a
mental health specialist, who might help to identify the specific type of anxiety disorder and the
appropriate treatment. With proper care, most people with anxiety disorders can lead normal,
fulfilling lives.

To learn more about dealing with stress and anxiety visit my Health and wellness insider

I don't know if I told you but I've partnered with a company called Melaleuca.
