This is a study of my lifelong quest for the answers to questions I've searched for all my life but have never stopped my quest for... The main lesson is to Never Quit! Truth is, I dropped out of public school after only finishing the 10th grade... I felt there was so much lacking in my education, there was just so much more to learn & the answers weren't being provided there... My adopted Father saw to it that my Spiritual, Bible inspired needs were being met by the lessons I learned in Sunday School... I loved those lessons... They taught me principles I never learned in public school... I am a product of my own evolution & while the journey has been difficult, it was mine to pursue in every way I could imagine... I learned early on to keep an open mind... My ideas aren't always the best but they could always be improved upon...

After years of experience listening to others I have found solutions I know will work for me because of the instructors who have already done the necessary research... That gives me more time to achieve my goals... You see, I've had an incredible God Nudge this year in regards to my health, some of which could have serious complications if I ignored them... While I do live below the poverty level I have acquired an embarrassment of riches with all the lessons I have learned that have been provided me by The God of My Understanding... In that respect I have found my true wealth... Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance you must keep moving... (Albert Einstein) Lesson learned, to get anywhere, bicycles move forward, never backwords...

Who could get lonely with inspiration like that to fire up their imagination?

Then I escape to one of the oldies I so love:

I just couldn't help but to get fellin' well once again but then I must remember to maintain that feelin'... Music will always keep me in a healthy frame of mind...

Now for my weight loss promotion:

Old School New Body!

Check it out, folks...  I'm starting today because I'm sick & tired of feeling sick & tired...  I'm 82 & this is modified for geriatrics like myself...  Needless to say I'm holding my feet to the fire for this because I will have to prove I'm really walkin' the walk, not just talkin' the talk!  This is the very best I've seen so far & these people I've researched, I've talked to & they're genuine down to earth just like you & I... My doctor is all for it also...

Stay tuned because I must keep my progress posted...  :D

'Til next time...

Warm regards,

Linda Michel White

I'm a firm believer in one is never too old to learn... I've recently progressed from mourning the loss of my friend, Tom Barabas to celebrating his very accomplished life and that made me feel better... He brought so much beauty and pleasure into so many lives with his music... You can find his music videos on youtube under Tom Barabas...

I think I was about 9 or so and I could not wait to graduate from school...so I could stop learning.  Fortunately, my attitude changed, I love to learn.  Thanks for reminding us that wealth is all around us.  Much success on your weight loss journey.  Our health is precious.  Thanks, Linda.

I love the 'old school, new body' slogan Linda, it hits the button. And - "If you're around those naysayers who are constantly talking about growing old, all their aches and pains, and how life is just down hill after 40 — LEAVE! Surround yourself with positive thinkers who absolutely crave a challenge. A challenge is what keeps you YOUNG, and the best challenge there is happens to be taking control of your health and body" - is not only what I believe but how I live. So 'amen' to that. You're clearly on a winner here, all success starts with attitude. But then you've always possessed an abundance of that!
