These boxes represent prime real estate on your Facebook fan page and you want to make sure to utilize them in the most attention grabbing way possible. So instead of listing my fan count, I use these tabs as custom capture pages and product sales opportunities.

This concert may not be new to you. And, in fact, if you look around Facebook you'll probably see plenty of fan pages using these tabs at the top in a similar way to what I've just described.

But did you know that these tabs can actually be used as custom landing pages? It's true. As you may have read in one of my previous Facebook posts, I run Facebook ads for page likes, And send people who click on them directly to the insides of these tabs. There are actually more than just the four that you can see on the top of the page. I've seen as many as 16 tabs on some pages, which can be found by simply clicking on the tiny arrow to the far right of the four boxes that are visible.

For more insight into how I use my custom tabs… And specifically the ones from a company called 22 Social, check out this video.
