Yes John, I can't stress too much that simple is best and simple works. I've learned that if that's true for me then it's true for most folk. My experience of big business and of many supposedly sophisticated people is that matters are wrapped in complexity for the sake of appearance, a deluded belief that it is necessary and clever. Mostly it's b/s! So, by all means be the master of your subject, but stay humble, simple and clear in expression - folks will respond accordingly and love you for it.
The more simple we can keep things means the more efficient we will be with getting results. I couldn't agree with you more. Thank you Tom.
