I came across this peice of writing by an anonymous writer when I was looking through some of my journals I have kept down through the years. I made a copy of it, framed it and hung it on the wall in my office. This powerful piece of writing still gives me goose bumps whenever I read it. I feel that the writer is speaking to the very core of my being. It forces you to take a long look at your life and kick out all the habits that do not positively enhance it.
