I am George Pierce, and this post is about a new YouTube trick that doubles my views. Perhaps it can help you. I have about 20 years of online experience, my YouTube experience, however, relative to growing a YT channel is about 14 months, so when it comes to growing a channel, I am still somewhat of a newbie. One of the ways to learn what works and what does not is to try new things and see what happens. That is what I am doing.

Doubling YouTube Views!? with proof

My strategy is super simple, it is to utilize the PREMIERE option when publishing, but there is considerably more that I believe that you need to know to take advantage of this option, as well as to NOT have it backfire.

The following is based on my research and opinion, however, I believe this trick has serious potential for helping your channel if used properly.

The above snapshot is my results so far.

The normal amount of views for this channel at 2 hours and 10 minutes is 24, according to YT. The amount of views is all organic, the only different thing is that this video was set as a PREMIERE. So far, this is proving to help boost views, which is the intent.

What YOU Need To Know!

Do not wear it out! Overuse will probably hurt your channel, so use it sparingly.

Consider using this with a SERIES!?? The video above is one of ten, in other words, a SERIES of 10 videos. I intend that the last two videos will be posted as premieres perhaps a week before publication. To the best of my knowledge, you and I can schedule our videos up to a month away and then hit premiere.

YT creates a watch page when we set a video as a premiere.

According to YT:
We can customize our Premiere by choosing a different countdown theme, monetizing your Premiere, or showing a trailer on the watch page before your Premiere starts.
Guide your viewers to your live stream. Guide your viewers to your live stream by using Live Redirect.
Build excitement by sending your audience from a live stream to a Premiere.
Share your Premiere watch page URL on social media.
Set your Premiere as your channel trailer. Learn how to change your channel layout.
Encourage your viewers to set a reminder by leaving a comment or chat message on your watch page. When someone sets a reminder, they’ll get a notification about 30 minutes before the Premiere and another when it starts.

The idea is that a premiere can boost interest, create interest, anticipation, and excitement, and increase exposure. The bottom line is more views.

Applying this to a series should add to your benefits. In my case, I believe that a ten-video series may be a bit long, so I will be premiering the first two videos, and then the last two. The last two are the ones that I expect to see the best results. The best day for almost every channel to set a premiere is Saturday. The best time is probably around 3 PM. I will probably schedule the last two on a Saturday, the second to last at 2:30 PM and the last at 3 PM.

So consider putting together a video series, premiering the first and last videos with several days before the video airs, and your last video to air on a Saturday afternoon.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

PS. The above examples are from a channel that will be four months old in two days, it is using my adaptation of a faceless video strategy that does not require being on camera or spending money. The strategy is three easy steps that can help any channel. I have laid them out in detail, and invite you to watch my free training.

PPS. Another tip. I intend to create a trailer for my last two videos, by putting together a few clips of the most watched portions of the previous videos in the series. Click on the video you want, click on Analytics, then scroll down to key moments for audience retention, and click on a spike, it will tell you where that spike occurs on the timeline, create a clip for each video in the series, and put those clips together for your trailer. Most channels are not doing this, thus we have an edge.

Instantly Get More Views For FREE! (PROOF)https://syndicationexpress.ning.com/se-members-press-releases/instantly-get-more-views-for-free2024-03-06T00:42:29.000Z2024-03-06T00:42:29.000ZGeorge Piercehttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/GeorgePierce

Hi Everyone! I am George Pierce and this post is about getting more views on YouTube. It is easy, it is fast, and it is free. The strategy is based on making an immediate "CONNECTION"! This is an essential trick that will help you with more views as well as help to improve your watch time.

Connection?

Let us begin with the fact that your prospective viewers are searching for your content. There are probably at least two or three or more keywords that would describe what your content is about. For illustration purposes, allow me to use a real-life example. It will help you to understand, to see that it is quite easy, and to see that it works.

The example that I will be using is a Cash Cab video. There are three ways that you and I want to "CONNECT".

#1 Title

#2 Thumbnail

#3 In our video

Someone who would be searching for a video such as the one in the snapshot above would probably type into their search box, words such as

Cash Cab, Cash Cab Full Episode, and Ben Bailey.

The title includes or addresses all three of those probable search terms.

If you look at the Thumbnail, it is quite obvious that the video is Cash Cab and Ben Bailey will be the host.

Something I have noticed about channels that use SEO, is that their videos are still sometimes being overlooked! The reason is that their thumbnail and title (which work together) do NOT make an immediate CONNECTION. When there is no immediate connection, there is no connection at all. Of course, that failure to connect hurts their channel, but it is so easy to fix.

When you are creating your title and thumbnail, think about how you can make an instant connection with your prospective viewers.

When YT and Google share your videos, and when your title and thumbnail connect, as you can see above, it will mean lots more views. The views are free, and, since you need to create a title and thumbnail anyway, create them with "CONNECTING" in mind. The CTR is 13.4%,

You also want to make that same immediate connection in your videos, which will mean more watch time. Let your viewers know at the very beginning of your video what it is about and what they can expect.

The average watch time for the above Cash Cab video is 10 minutes and 12 seconds.

The channel watch time is 14.6K hours for the last 28 days. FYI, the channel is about 5 days shy of being 4 months old, and has 830 subscribers growing at the rate of about 11 per day, in other words, this is still a small channel, and the traffic, views, watch time, etc, are free and organic.

If you are using SEO and niche research for your channel, add this little trick of CONNECTING.

If you are not, allow me to invite you to watch my free training video, the first step of three easy steps is about what is called niche research. This research will help you to know what your viewers want to watch as well as how to find important keywords using free tools.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

Do More Of What Is Working!https://syndicationexpress.ning.com/se-members-press-releases/do-more-of-what-is-working2023-09-20T02:50:31.000Z2023-09-20T02:50:31.000ZGeorge Piercehttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/GeorgePierce

Hi ALL! I am George Pierce, I have about 20 years of online experience, but I remember when trying to get visits and views was a real struggle, and I remember when making sales seemed like it was never going to happen. As you gain experience, you will make better and better guesses as to what kind of content you should publish.

In the meantime, there is a trick that can help you, even when you are new.

The trick is to "Do More Of What Is Working"

Look at your stats.

Above is a snapshot of some of my top videos in the last 28 days from my most recent online adventure which I am going to use as an example, but no matter the kind of content, your stats will tell you what is working and what is not.

From the snapshot, it seems evident that game shows are doing well, and the number seven spot is a concert by Peter, Paul, and Mary, which is a long video, so I am not only getting views, I am getting a lot of watch time. So if I follow my own advice, I need to do more game shows, which I am doing, I should do more of Three's Company, which I also have done, and I should do another Peter, Paull, and Mary Concert...which was just published.

*****Video removed by moderator*****

Again, look at your stats. Your stats will tell you that certain posts are getting most of your traffic, Do more of those posts. Do More Of What Is Working. Make it a habit.

When you use this easy trick, you will be cashing in on a basic rule of marketing which is to give your audience what they want. It is a win-win rule.

Thank you for reading,

Much success,

George Pierce

I am George Pierce. I have about 20 years of experience online. In this post, I will be sharing one of the strategies that I am using to speed up channel growth on YouTube along with proof. Below is a snapshot from my latest online adventure which is to grow a YT channel without making a video and without spending money. I will share more about this process later, but first, allow me to share that a couple of weeks ago, I added a new strategy to my YT channel.

Not everything that I try online works, but my research and my online intuition helped me to decide to put this strategy in play. As you can see in the snapshot above, it is working!

The strategy is "COMPILATIONS". A couple of weeks ago, I mentioned in a Syndication Express post that viewers seemed to be more attracted to compilations, in other words, my research showed that compilations get more views, as well as more watch time and ultimately, more subscribers.

My channel is a vintage media channel, so a vintage music compilation or vintage commercial compilation are examples of what I have been trying.

There are other compilation videos that my videos will compete with, so I try to make my videos different.

One of my compilations was a vintage commercial compilation with all celebrities, for example. The above is different, in that there are over 25 commercials.

I share this because no one else seems to be teaching this and the idea of a compilation should benefit almost any channel.

With just a little ingenuity, you should be able to come up with a compilation video. Such as 6 ways to... lose weight, prepare a meal in minutes, make money, get a date, etc.

I talk about proof and the numbers above are validation, but the video above and the one below are also proof. I am doing what I share and then sharing the results of what I do.

(some of the songs in the above video have been blocked by YT, not by copyright but YT, technically they cannot do that, so I am working on getting this fixed)

The Coke commercial video took almost no time to create. The music video took about an hour, and that was my choice I want it to be different and hopefully better than the competition. So I turned it into a "Dance Party" and added a lot of dance videos to the music. The dance videos were all free from Mixkit.

Speaking of FREE. All the traffic is free organic traffic. I have spent $28.40 on a TubeBuddy upgrade to Pro, which is optional. I am spending about 11 hours a week on this. There is usually no video creation involved. If you want to follow what I am doing, a little bit of your time will be spent on research and then on sharing or promoting your videos for free for more exposure and more views. If you want to check out my video strategy, I invite you to click here.

I invite you to take a peek at the videos, so you can get an idea as to how easy this is and hopefully an idea as to how you can adapt this strategy for yourself.

The compilation strategy heps you to give viewers what they want, and can help you to set your channel apart.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

PS. Use the word "Compilation" in your title, in your tags, and in your description.

PPS. With music compilation, it seems the longer the better.

The New Free Tool For More Viewshttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/se-members-press-releases/the-new-suggested-shorts-option-for-more-views2023-04-06T20:45:25.000Z2023-04-06T20:45:25.000ZGeorge Piercehttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/GeorgePierce

Hi Everyone!

Geroge Pierce, here, and this post is about a new feature that TubeBuddy has recently added called Suggested Shorts.

TubeBuddy is a free extension that provides you with a suite of tools to help you with your YT channel. Suggested Shorts is their newest tool.

When you download the free extension, whenever you visit YT, a TB icon will appear near the top right of your page as you see above.

Click on the icon and a drop-down will appear (above), next click on suggested shorts.

A list of suggested shorts will appear as you see on the right above. So far, so good, but here is where TB's new tool shines.

If you look a little closer it tells you and me the exact segment of the video that we should focus on, along with the retention rate. Over 100%, as you see above, means that people are literally watching this more than once!

Next, go to the video, clip out the segment, change your format to 9:16, and make a short. According to TB add a link to the original video in the description (as you see below).

I also added text in the short that lets viewers know that they will find a link to the full-length version in the description.

Shorts typically get a lot of views and by using TB's new tool, you and I can use the most compelling parts of our videos for our shorts and then send those viewers to our original video.

This is a relatively old 'shorts' trick to help us grow our YT channel, but the fact that TB's AI can pinpoint the exact hottest parts of our videos gives us a powerful advantage.

This is my first video with this new tool and using the segment that TB shows is the hottest. As mentioned, I added text to the process and I also sandwiched my video between an intro and an outro.

The intro is for branding (Your Channel presents) and the outro is to ask for likes and subscribers and so on.

Watch the video below to see what I have done.

Thanks for watching.

Much success,

George Pierce

PS. The snapshot of the video above had been published for about 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES have passed due to 'sharing'. Sharing is one of the tricks that I share in my Faceless Video Training. The training is free and it is right here on SE. We will talk more about that soon.

First, is the above snapshot about getting noticed, if so, how?

It reveals a lot, probably a lot more than you might realize. Let's break it down so it can help you.

The image. In this case, we are looking at what is called a Thumbnail. Images can be so helpful when it comes to 'telling our story' as well as grabbing attention. It is too early to know if this thumbnail is working. On YT, I strive for a CTR of 6%.

Tags. Tags are keywords that people might type into their search boxes to find our content. To the right of the video, notice that all the tags ate green. What that means is that every tag that shows up as green is on page one of the YT search, That is a wonderful place to be, and the numbers on the little green boxes are the position or rank on page one. This is all thanks to a free tool called Keyword Explorer from TubeBuddy. You can find out more in my step-by-step training. The point is that getting on page one is not going to do you or me a whole lot of good if no one clicks on our thumbnail.

And that does happen...nobody clicks! You will see an example in a moment.

The Title. Titles are not my strong suit. Due to experience and intuition, my titles are usually OK, But if I have a poor CTR and change my thumbnail. and still have poot CTR, then my title is next to be changed. Semrush has a free AI Headline Generator that does well and has no limits. https://www.semrush.com/goodcontent/title-generator/

Likes. The likes that YT is tracking are FB likes. 47 likes in about half an hour are pretty good, YT considers likes to be a signal that people do like your content, so getting FB likes is another way to help you to get more exposure. I mentioned that I was sharing the video. I share the video on several of the major social media platforms, as well as on FB, I share it on a fan page, my group, and 6 other FB groups that are relative to the niche, in this case, classic TV.

Creator Suggested: This number is disappointing, YT lists videos as suggested videos. I am used to having several videos shown, but that is not happening yet for this channel.

Comments: There is one comment that is not showing up yet. Comments seem to beget more comments, so be sure to interact positively. This is a new channel, as your channel grows, comments will grow and positive interaction will act as a catalyst.

Next is a snapshot of a thumbnail that did NOT work.

Not everything that you and I do is going to work, it is part of the process. That is fine as long as we

take steps to fix it.

The top left is a new thumbnail and the improved stats. A new thumbnail does not always work, but it should. I say that because we are going to try a little harder and

we already know what does not work.

If you are struggling to get traction online, I can relate. What you are seeing above are real live examples of my training in action.

The process is 12 steps and everything is free, the training, the tools, and the resources.

https://cutt.ly/FacelessVideoStrategy

Thank you for reading.

Much Success,

George Pierce

It Is All About TRAFFIC!https://syndicationexpress.ning.com/se-members-press-releases/it-is-all-about-traffic2020-11-06T18:36:41.000Z2020-11-06T18:36:41.000ZGeorge Piercehttps://syndicationexpress.ning.com/members/GeorgePierce

via GIPHY

TRAFFIC!

I cannot think of any business that does not need traffic. It is essential, so you and I need to put a high priority on driving traffic to our websites, blogs, videos, and so on.

This post is about helping you get more visitors and/or more viewers and the best part is that what you are about to discover is fast and easy and free.

I want to share two sites that you can use right away.

The first site is Syndication Express. SE syndicates your efforts, so it is like multiplying your efforts by seven...not just SE, also 3 Twitter accounts, the SE Facebook fan page, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Consider joining if you are not already a member. If you are a member, consider being even more active on SE to get the most benefit.

SE https://syndicationexpress.ning.com/

via GIPHY

The second traffic site is IBOToolbox.

IBO gets about 300K visitors a day, that alone makes it worth your while. In addition, IBO will reward you for doing what you want to do anyway. IBO will give you free ad credits for just about everything you do. You get 500 free ad credits for joining and up to 50 ad credits for just showing up (for visiting as a member). You also can get credits for posting, commenting, and more.

In addition to all the free traffic and exposure that you can get at IBO, you can use your free ad credit for even more traffic by running ads on the various IBO site as well as solo ads in their emails.

IBO https://www.ibotoolbox.com/georgepierce

via GIPHY

SPEAKING OF TRAFFIC!

Just last week, I was caught in a traffic jam and a State Trooper knocked on my window.

I had my seat belt on, but not my face mask. Fortunately, the mask was not the issue.

The trooper explained that the traffic jam was being caused by terrorists who were holding a group of politicians hostage.

The terrorists had blockaded the road and threatened to burn the politicians alive with 1000 gallons of gasoline if their ransom

demand of 2 million dollars was not met within the hour.

The State Trooper said he was going from car to car collecting donations and would I please help.

It seemed like I had no choice, so I asked the officer how much everyone else was giving.

The trooper replied, "Around two gallons is the average."

Thanks for reading, my friends, allow me to wish you much success.

George Pierce

For free IM Training, visit my YouTube channel:

https://youtube.com/c/GeorgePierce
