SEO is short for Search Engine Optimization.  What this means to you is finding keywords and keyword phrases that have good search volume (I recommend at least 1K searches monthly) and low competition (an SEO score in the green).  Above, you can see the SEO score for 'make money online home' has a search volume of 8,100 in the US, with an SEO difficulty score in the green.  Below is a keyword overview for the keyword phrase 'Jingle Bells piano' which has a US. search volume of 9,000 searches monthly and also an SEO difficulty in the green.  

Both of the above keyword overviews are from Ubersuggest, an SEO tool.  Ubersuggest is free, online or as an extension.  BEFORE you create your content, let Ubersuggest enable you to find the keywords and phrases that will help your content get the visits and views that it deserves.  

Creating content for niches that no one is interested in is not going to be profitable, of course.  Creating content in niches that have interest has a major obstacle, however, which is competition.  Ubersuggest will zero in on the keywords that have low competition, yet good search.

TikTok videos literally have viral potential!  A TikTok "TIP" is that you can use an "attention grabbing video" to send prospects elsewhere... your channel, website, offer, etc. For a video to be able to 'grab attention", it needs what is called an attention grabbing HOOK.  There are FIVE!

1. using strong statements...such as This changes everything! Be your healthiest as a VEGAN!

2. intriguing questions... such as What if your are putting your family in danger?

3. surprising facts or statistics... such as All the planets spin coutnter-clockwsie except Venus.

4. compelling scenes...  such as a "DANCING SANTA", see above. 

5. relatable personal anecdotes... such as "It all started with a DUMB mistake!

TikTok can be a huge source of free traffic, and it is easy to create a short video based on one of the above.  These hooks will work.  If you need help, ask free AI such as ChatGPT or copilot.

Hi All! FREE Talking Avatars & FREE Singing Avatars!??  Above is an example of a FREE AI singing avatar.  I tried Vidnoz first, the results were terrible, so I tried HeyGen, and this is the result.  The song is copyright free and available from Internet Archive, it is sung by Mary Martin, and is one of the best versions you can find.  

Making a video such as a singing avatar or talking avatar is easy.  For a singing avatar, download the (copyright free) audio from sites such as Pixabay and Internet Archive.  Then go to HeyGen, choose your avatar, upload the audio, and HeyGen will create your video.  The HeyGen software will automatically lip-sync your avatar to the song.  The free version of HeyGen alows us to create three free talking avatar videos (or singing avattar videos) each month.  Each video can be up to three minutes in length.  Free AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT will help us to find copyright free audio and video.

About the video:  The text/ lyrics was/were added separately (provided by Chat GPT for free).  The intro and outro were made with Video Express which is not free, but free alternatives include Davinci Resolve, Canva, Capcut, free Adobe Express, Shotcut, and OpenShot.

Hello ALL!  In this post, I will share a free trick that you will benefit from immediately, and long term.  The immediate benefit will be free views free views.  Your long term beneift is that you are never going to run out of content!  

Benfit #1: Turn No Views No Views! (also no visitors)  into Free Views Free Views!

Above is a snapshot of a free SEO research tool called Ubersuggest.  It helps you and I find keywords and keywords phrases that we can use to build our content around.  Creating videos based on what people are looking for, may or may not help your views...HUH?  This strategy works when you and I find keywords and phrases with good search volume and LOWER competition.  For newbies, I suggest at least 1K searches per month, and an SEO Difficulty that scores in the GREEN.  Ubersuggest provides us with the monthly search volume as well as competition (SEO Difficulty).  

Benefit #2:  Autocomplete!

Above is an example of how Ubersuggest will do most of the work for you.  It is a real life example (video was just published) of how you can use the autocomplete to help you to never run out of content, and to still create content based on keywords and phrases with good search volume and lower competition.  This insures an immediate benefit of free views free views, and helps you to overcome a channel crusher, which is the fear of running out of content.  Creating content cosistently can become a major issue, and there is no need.

As you see above, the phrase "How to pray the rosary" gets a total of 110K searches per month, it scores in the green, and Ubersuggest found it for us...with a vague start of "how to".

Hi All!  This post is the first of many in which I will take you first-hand through the process of "Starting A YouTube Channel".  My intent is to cover all the steps that are involved along with all the important details.  

Where do you begin? (based on my experience and based on my opinion)

Most of us probably begin at YouTube. Years ago, I started at YT channel customization. I was NOT aware that there are two steps that you and I need to take before going to YouTube.  

Plan: (Step 2)

Most projects should begin with a plan.  We need to plan our work, so we can work our plan.  I will cover how to customize your channel and how to create your plan, and much more, in future posts.  There is another step that we need to take, an important first step.  

Research: (Step 1)

If you are creating your channel because of a love or passion that you want to share, skip the research.  If you are creating a Youtube channel as a way to make money online, then research is a must!  A MUST!  

The channels that I am creating (YT, Dailymotion, possibly Rumble TV), are based around Santa, as you can see above, my initial research using Ubersuggest, a free keyword research tool, shows that the competition is too high. I recommend a search difficulty in the 30s or lower. 

However, one of the everyday traffic tricks that I have up my sleeve is to occasionally create a relatve Christmas video.  That trick works well, because, Uberssuggest can find keyword phrases that still score well!

If you are a beginner, the Santa niche, may be too crowded, however, the steps that you will be taking, apply to any niche.  And, even in a crowded niche, with free tools such as Ubersuggest, and TubeBuddy, you still can find keyword phrases that score will. 

Test The Water

My YT channel is still under construction with zero videos published.  I created a Dailymtion channel yesterday, to 'test the water".  One video has been uploaded and published (mid August).  I have not even set up a specific TikTok channel yet for Santa's Workshop TV.  Again, just testing the water.

After 12 hours, here's how it is doing (96 views). 

Even more research

Get on Youtube, search for videos in your niche. Are they getting views?  One of the top videos in the Santa niche got 15 Million views in its first week, which The Holderness Family – "XMAS Jammies", which has become a Christmas staple. 

When you or I dive into a niche, and our intention is to make money online, it is like diving into a deep "shark infested" pool!  And if we are newbies, we have not yet learned how to swim!  

Research helps us to keep sharks at a minimum, and can help us to stay afloat.  

TRUTH

Most people fail onine.  An online biz is similar to most businesses, about 3% succeed, 97% fail at building a regular business and I believe the odds of succeeding online are less.  Whether you and I succeed or fail is soley our responsibility, but the DREAM of Maiking Money Online, is often the result of us being SOLD. 

Making money from home is great, but most 'gurus' that are supposedly going to help you are not really about helping you, rather, they are helping themselves, because there are tools, platforms, training courses, memberships, and so on that you will need to buy and they will SELL them to you.

Do not spend money that your new online biz does not have.  It is not only a sound business strategy, it is an added way to help you to succeed!??  While your online biz is getting started, if there is a negative cash flow, the chances are higher that you may quit.  There are plenty of free options and free alternaitves, begin with free.

Speaking for myself and, I believe, for most of us, it is going to take a while before you earn money online, and even longer before it begins to be a steady income, weeks, perhaps, several months, depending on how much time you have to invest in your new online biz.  

Your time is the key!  The more time you can put into your new YouTube channel, the better.  And your time investment must be consistent.

When you are new to making money online, glitches seem to happen all the time, and you will be happy to learn that as you gain experience, they still happen!  HUH?  The good news is that every make money online glitch, set back, obstacle, disaster, and so on, are all "learning experiences" that propel you along your journey. 

My HAPPY SUNO Glitch!

One of my present 'projects' is a Sing-Along.  SUNO is an amazing free music creation platform that is capable of creating any kind of music that you or I might want or need.  So, I went to SUNO to create the voice and music for a "Rain, Rain, Go Away" sing-along.  The song was created, one minute and eight seconds long. I check the beginning of the song, it was fine.  Since I only spot checked the song, I was unaware that about half way through, the lyrics were garbled.  My mistake.  Unfortunately, everything that I tried to do to elimminate the garbled lyrics was unsuccessful.

I started over, the result was different...BETTER!  And the new result included an encore which was too good to delete.  The song was now almost twice as long (2min. 14 sec)...what a shame, more work to create a better song, a better video, and almost twice as long!  Click here to hear what SUNO can do.

The bottom line is that when you are facing negatives on your online journey, allow them to help you grow, and to move you forward.

Ever notice how in some AI-generated videos, a character looks different from one scene to the next?

Above is a snapshot of an example, of purposely NOT using character lock, and, as you can see, the

characters are NOT consistent. 

That’s where Character Lock (and its cousin, Style Lock) come to the rescue.

Hi ALL!  In this brief post, I will share how ChatGPT helped make my initial experience with Video Express much easier, much faster, more productive, and more professional. Video Express is an onlne AI video creation platform, and I just joined and I wanted to crank out videos IMMEDIATELY, but how?

I turned to ChatGPT.  

ChatGPT was the equivalent of an experienced consultant, and why I am sharing this is that instead of watching hours of training videos, I was able to create two videos.   They may not be perfect, but I believe that I am off to a great start, you will find the videos below as well as a training video that covers step by step how the videos were created, should you want to use the same process.

Next is the training video.  

If you are new, the video gets also gets into SEO such as a click grabbing title, a keyword rich description with hashtags, and a comma separated keyword list (for YT tags).  

Next are the two Video Express videos.  The narator is a free talking avatar from Vidnoz.  I was not able to find masking or cropping tools, so I used Vidnoz and a video editor (filmora) to overlay and then, either mask, crop and resize, or Chroma Key to remove background.  

The videos are by video express, and the help that I really needed and needed fast, was thanks to ChatGPT. 

Free AI, such as ChatGPT (or Copilot, or Gemini), can make our jobs easier, as well as help us to do a better job.
