Three Great Ways to Start Dreaming Again

Have you ever felt that your life is going in circles, which really means your life isn't going anywhere?  You know you can change that , right?  All you need to do is find ways to start dreaming again and follow those dreams.  

Here are three ways that you can start dreaming again:

1.  Set aside some private personal time to reflect upon your life, your future.  Start making   a list and write down everything!

2.  Organize and prioritize your list.  Get pictures, preferbaly of yourself enjoying each item on   your list, and look at these picture 3-4 times everyday.  Visualize how it would feel when you         reach this dream.

3.  Start checking them off your list !  As you accomplish a goal, check it off.  Update your list     frequently and keep adding new dreams.

    Visualization works great because your subconscious mind will act upon your thoughts and burning desire which you will take action on to make it happen. You must meditate daily and before going to bed. Your subconscious mind will give you a plan to make your dreams and goals a reality. Kathleen I have shared your discussion on Twitter and Facebook.
