I started doing research on the connection between low B12 and depression/mental issues.  I used to take shots, but I never noticed it helping. Once I did my research I found out that there is different types of B12 the one that the doctors give you is Cyanocobalamin, it is also the one most commonly found in all your vitamins, there is also methylcobalamin this is the one that seems to work the best for depression and neurological issues. The spray I take has a combination of the two.
 I dove into researching the effects of lack of B12. I have always been anemic, the doctors gave me shots years ago and they didn't really seem to do much of anything. I stopped taking them because I just didn't feel the benefit and I hate shots. I went back to the doctor before the start of my new B12 for a test and sure enough anemic again!  
What I was never told is that the anemia was due to a lack of B12! What I didn't know was after the birth of my last child 10 months ago it really just took a toll on my body vitamin wise!
