A-Z of Heath Part 2 and Aloe Vera
Arthritis
Osteoarthritis
The two types of arthritis I want to mention today are Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Osteoarthritis is due to wear and tear of the joints. As I mentioned in the video I have suffered for many years with this when at times I could hardly walk and getting up and down stairs on my bottom which was no joke. I also found I had to sleep with a pillow between my knees at night as the pain was excruciating if my knees touch one another.
This form of arthritis normally affects females more than males and around the age of 40-50 and after the age of 40 people do not products cartlage as effectively as when they were younger, so as joint cartlage is worn away during the day to day process of living, it’s not replaced as efficiently and gradulally becomes thinner. Eventually, it is so worn away that bone rubs against bone and a desparate situation ensues.
I then discovered Forever Living Products who I joined about a year ago and I started drinking the Forever Freedom and within weeks I could notice a difference. The swelling wasn’t so bad and I was getting a bit of relief from the pain. It is the analgesic in the aloe that helps to stop the pain. Another good product for this complaint is the MSM Gel for rubbing into the knees. I have also used the Aloe Heat Lotion which is also excellent for any aches and pains. Arctic Sea tablets are also very good for keeping the joints healthy. It can take up to 3-4 months for these products to take effect as they have to get into the system but on the other hand it could take much less as I noticed results after 6 weeks.
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid Arthritis is to do with the immune system, where the body attacks itself. Aloe Vera can help all types of arthritis and for Rheumatoid it is recommended that the Aloe Gel together with the Omega-3 should help as they contain a natural anti-imflammatory and pain killing substance. The Aloe Gel maintains a healthy digestive system, maintains energy levels, can be used as a daily nutritional drink, balances the immune system and a bonus you can keep this for 5 years if left unopened but once opened should be used in 3 months if kept in the fridge. Also it contains, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sorbito9l, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) and Xanthan Gum.
Asthma
Asthma is also affecting more and more people these day and a very good product for helping with the bronchial tract is the Aloe Berry Nectar and it is the pectin in apple that helps with the bronchial tract. Aloe Berry Nectar contains all of the vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes tound in the Aloe Vera Gel but with the added benefits of cranberry and apple ingredients.
Autism
