Believe it or not, our attitudes play an important role in whether or not we reach the level of success that we want for ourselves. Let me ask you this. How many of us, especially American born, would be will to do just about anything to realize our goals and dreams? Will we be willing to dig ditches, scrub floors, clean toilets, flip burgers, fry chicken, or drive a school bus? Will we be worried about what our friends would say or think about us? Think about that!
If these were some of the things we needed to do to reach our goals and we were not willing to do them because of what others might say or think, then I call this having false pride. It will keep many of us at the bottom because we are not willing to do whatever it takes to do what needs to be done so that we can be, do, and have what our tomorrows have to offer.
