Migraine is chronic nervous system disorder that strikes millions  of people around the year. Basically it is a neurological condition that gives rise to recurrent headaches of moderate to severe intensity. Migraine affects one half of the head and pain  pulsations usually last for  2 to  72 hours with accompanying symptoms like nausea, vomiting and  increased sensitivity to light.
Pure Aloe  Vera gel, with its rich mix of  natural anti-inflammatory compound and Vitamin B complex provides relief from the pain. The bradykinae enzyme suppresses the pain processes by blocking the Kinnins and Interleukins, which are produced due to body’s reaction to the stressful situation like this. The Salyciclic acid and Cinnamic acid also play an important analgesic role and reduce the discomfort to a great extent.
Aloe Vera gel has Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), which contains cobalt, a rare element that plays an important role in the proper functioning of the entire nervous system. Beside this body synthesis B12 to produce Folic acid, another important compound  that play important role in proper functioning of the brain. Researchers have found that migraine sufferers usually have Vitamin B12 deficiency and hence recommend B12 and B6 (pyridoxine) vitamins for such patients; and both of them are found aplenty in the Aloe Vera gel.
During the migraine attack it advisable to mix 50 ml of pure aloe Vera gel in a glass of water and drink it. At the same time massage the afflicted area portion of the head with  the gel because it is quickly absorbed through the skin and reaches the affected  pherpeherial nerve endings in the skin to ease the pain. So next time if you sense  the migraine is about to strike you, reach out to your pure Aloe  Vera gel and drink it as advised to get  a quick relief.
