1 John 2:15-16 (NIV) says “Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.”
Some people think that worldliness is limited to external behavior – the people we associate with, the places we go, the activities we enjoy.
Worldliness is also internal because it begins in the heart and is characterized by three attitudes:
1. The Lust Of The Flesh - preoccupation with gratifying physical desires;
