God Nudges, Healthiest Diet In The World?

Decide for yourself because only you know what could work for you...  I'm just sharing information I'm learning by researching knowledgeable sources who have devoted their time & energy to practicing what they preach...  I'm convinced that a whole food plant-based diet will reverse my heart condition without using expensive & ineffective supplements...

I will strive to maintain this healthy lifestyle because so far it's proving to be beneficial to me...  This style of eating is not restrictive in any way but gives me more choices than I'm used to...  I'm looking forward to using some of the new vegetarian recipes I'm finding many of which use ingredients I'm already familiar with...  I have the approval of both my primary care physician & my heart specialist, each has decades of experience with geriatric patients such as myself...

This is pretty convincing evidence that good nutrition is what is required of the body to enhance good health...  When studying any topic at any level of schooling, I think it's a good idea to listen to people who are more informed than ourselves on whatever expertise they can share to increase our knowledge on that topic...  I realize from personal experience that not all teachers are created equal...   I also admit I'm not the sharpest knife in the rack but I do know when I'm learning something of value to recognize my source...  Just like on the internet, not everyone who claims to be a Guru on a subject is actually knowledgeable enough to own up to it...  Given enough experience I do believe
my sources here on the web, It's not too difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff...

Now that I've given you something more to consider, do come back as I continue on my journey...  Please leave a comment so I can consider each outlook...

So many illnesses seem to be a result of a poor diet.   What is exciting is that there are more delicious vegetarian recipes than ever.  Just a reminder that most doctors use an allopathic approach to medicine.  Thanks, Linda.

George, I had to look up allopathic since I had been using DOs for many years...  That description seems to fit my new primary care physician,,,   He is a member of the Osteopathic Hospital I use...  Other than that I don't know the difference...  All I do know is what he does is working for me,,,  Thank you, George,,,  :D

An allopathic approach means treating the symptoms, rather than the cause.  The idea is that you become a perpetual customer.  Usually we want a homeopathic approach which is to treat the cause.  Thanks, Linda.
