I've been searching for a healthy but easy way to lose weight without jeopardizing my health...  This year will be devoted to learning all I can about eating a plant-based diet...  Here's just a sample of what I've discovered...

 I've been reading from well-qualified people who have studied this plant-based diet for decades plus watching videos & I'm convinced this is very true what they're sharing...  I've been taking supplements that I thought would benefit my health, only to learn from the experts plus my doctors that's useless because they won't help me like the ones provided in natural food...



I'm not trying to coerce you into making any changes in your lifestyle, just trying to shine a light on why there's such a noticeable increase in these diseases & death...  I've been wondering for a long time & it just seems to be getting worse...  I really think our Western Diet is to blame & diet is what I think is a misnomer for the way we eat...  A diet is something that should aid the health of us humans, not make it deteriorate...  I'm going to do some serious vegan shopping this week so I can continue my transition...

    Thank you Linda Michel White for the information and keep me updated on your progress. After all when it's all said and done, health is all we got. 

    When your health is poor, then you spend all your money going to doctors and prescription meds. So this blog post has me thinking. I been striving to eat healthy since I discovered that I have A-Fib and I definitely don't want to be like I was.

    Weight loss is the reason that I went online over 20 years ago.  Internet marketing was a spin-off since I wanted to better get the word out.  Most supplements have low absorption or even no absorption.  There are a few, however, that have high absorption.  There are ways to simulate nature, which is what the high-absorption b supplements do. 

    You have absolutely nailed it about our western eating habits.  It is the food that is the problem.  Our bodies and our brain makes losing weight even more difficult.  It is the way we are designed.  And, of course, the worse some foods may be for our health, the more delicious they seem to taste.  

    I have over 20 years of research, yet, I would be very reluctant to go with an all-plant-based eating option.  It is rather easy to create deficiencies without solid knowledge.  Research is your most important step.  Most people make an impulsive decision about weight loss and then regret it.  

    If you are familiar with the Ben Franklin decision method, it works well with any decision and can prove to be very helpful in choosing a diet.

      Your comments have helped me George Pierce about supplements. I will be definitely be looking more closely into this. I am currently using herbs and supplements.
