There is a mistake that is common among networkers, and that is to think they have found their big leaders among the first few people they sponsor. I remember when I first got into MLM and saw the marketing plan, I thought to myself, “piece of cake!” Right? – Wrong!! All I had to do was sponsor five or six people and I would have it made.
Well, I started sponsoring people and I sponsored five in my first month. “Wow!" I had found my first five people. I began to prod and push my them into producing results. Do you know what that is like? It is like trying to push a rope. That was never going to work. You see, it is a common pitfall among new network marketers to sponsor a few people and then try to push them into productivity.
I learned the hard way that by sponsoring only a few people pretty much stunted not only my growth, but the growth of the first few people I sponsored as well. Because I only had a hand full of people on my team, I really needed.... Continue here... |
