Spirit In Me

In the midst of a harried work day I stop to take a breath and remember that Spirit is all there is. All of my projects, all of the people I work with, all of my ideas, thoughts, impulses are Spirit. Everything surrounding me is Spirit in form. The same Spirit is in me, uniting me with it and with all of Spirit’s expression. Spirit is in me as health and well being, abundance, intelligence, warmth, comfort and love.

And particularly today, Spirit is in me as spaciousness, the spaciousness of the universe, the spacious that gives me time, space, and breath itself. I remember that Spirit is waiting for me to ask it to act on my behalf, and that Spirit expresses in me to the extent that I allow and invite it in.

As I remember this, I am lighter, knowing that no effort is required on my part, just openness to the divine that is in me and around me. This remembrance is a prayer, and this prayer is an affirmation that I experience as love and light. My life unfolds perfectly, and I am grateful for it. I am grateful for all that Spirit brings me, and especially for life itself. I am grateful for all I am, for all I have, and for the understanding of Spirit in me.

I release my Word to the Law, knowing it is.

And So It Is.
