Did you know there are basically 4 different personalities?
We have all 4, but 2 of them are pretty strong. The person who becomes your partner in life - is usually strong in the other 2. That's wild huh???
People have different ways of teaching the 4 personalities. Some use different animals to symbolize each personality and some use words. The way I was taught was by using the word "STAR". It makes it easy to remember.
S = Stability
T = Theory
A = Action
R = Relationship
I like this method because you can look at the word and it pretty much tells a story. You know what a "Stability" minded person would look like. You know if that person is actually "You".
Why is this important?
If you are building a business and you tell a "stability" minded person to quit their job, you will not recruit them. Why? They want "stability".
You can tell an "action" person to quit. They are the people that don't keep jobs too long anyway. So to tell them to fire their boss, you would get them excited.
Why?
Because they almost walked off the job today - lol
