Creating a mastermind can easily be one of the most powerful tools in both personal and business development. It's the secret weapon behind some of the most successful individuals and business decisions in history. It's kind of like having a personal board of advisors, helping you grow your business every step of the way.

I first read about masterminding in Napoleon Hill's book, Think and Grow Rich. But in just the past few months, I keep encountering the idea again and again, suggesting, in my mind, that is something I need to do.

After all, being a solo entrepreneur has great rewards, but also can be quite challenging… and it can be tough to focus sometimes. A mastermind will not only help me strategize, but also hold me to task and keep me accountable for filling all the plans I'm putting in place.
