He managed only 54 yards on 18 carries against a favorable Titans run defense. On the season, he’s averaging just 3.8 Y.P.C. and has yet to run for more than 100 yards, and gets basically no work in the passing game (five receptions this season). The talent-deprived Cowboys defense has held opposing running backs in check this year outside of Arian Foster’s 157 yards and two touchdowns utfifas in Week 5.
The Broncos have permitted just 95 total rushing yards on 44 attempts over their last three games and have earned the third-best run defense grade on PFF.com. Oliver could be marginalized early in this game should the Broncos get out to a big lead.
Do not pay much attention to the overall matchup statistics for the Eagles against receivers for this one. Fitzgerald disappointed with just four catches for 21 yards on five targets despite very favorable matchup against Oakland. The talented Eagles slot corner Brandon Boykin, who is likely to cover Fitzgerald in Week 8, has surrendered only 94 yards to opposing receivers on 24 targets this year.
Opposing WR1s are averaging just 35.4 Y.P.G. www.utfifas.co and five F.P.P.G. against Denver this year. Meanwhile, Allen has just 110 total yards over his last three games and has yet to cross the goal line. Overall, the Broncos are tied for third-fewest in touchdowns allowed to opposing receivers (five).
