Using Your Strengths for Maximum Influence

As online marketers we all are responsible for building an audience in developing influence with that audience. But not everyone of us is a public personality, nor do we necessarily possess the classic charisma needed to build a huge following.

But I recently came across a website filled with really cool tools that is actually taught me how to build on my own strengths (no I don't possess classic charisma either) in order to maximize my influence on others.
