Workplace Flexibility Influences Businesses

When I started writing about freelance careers and work from home jobs I never thought I would see sites like Wall Street Journal, CNN, USA Today and NBC all talking about how workplace flexibility is something that mainstream companies are incorporating into their benefits packages to attract millennials.

3818737612?profile=originalAccording to Forbes in the workplace, more workers are asking for flexible work schedules. It is because Millennials want work-life balance. Telecommuting careers have increased in the workplace.

I have been compiling a list of companies that provide work-from-anywhere job listings. It is an emerging industry that is making it possible for people to spend quality time with their families while doing the types of occupations they love doing.

It should be all of our goals to "Find the Perfect Job" that is fulfilling and sustainable at the same time. Some have found the work/life balance needed to be successful.

I will share a job search site focused on telecommuting jobs, including freelance, flexible and part-time opportunities that I want to share with you. My hope is that with this information you will be able to find the perfect career choice while working from home.

  • Hello Cosmos, yes you said it perfectly. Thank you for commenting I appreciate it very much.

  • It is certainly an interesting trend that provides flexibility and preferred choice by employers and employees alike. What it does is cut back on company expenses and gives millennials, and others the opportunity to choose their time to work, being able to manage families better, less exhausting and certainly stress free. Thank you for sharing this very up-to-date information Laurie.
