MY STORY ~ Why A Weight Loss Post?
Many of my websites are about weight loss. I was able to lose weight about 25+ years ago, and I have been able to maintain the weight loss. In an effort to maintain. I did a lot of research about weight loss and weight gain. My thinking was to scare myself into keeping the weight loss. What I discovered was shocking...people do not know how to lose weight. HUH?
I discovered that there is a LOT more to weight loss, than diet and exercise. Diet and exercise alone, not only do NOT work, they create habits and signals that tell the brain that we do not want to lose weight... and in many cases, it is true.
Yeah, most people do not want to lose weight or they are AFRAID to lose weight, no wonder they fail.
So I decided to go online and share the stuff that almost no one teaches. Thus my weight loss websites. The following is an article (it is a spun article) that I want to share because I believe a lot of people who are considering weight loss, need to read.
