As you gain experience, creating your own thumbnails will get easier...BUT...do not be in a hurry to make your own thumbnails.

The issue is not cost, it is CLICKS!  

You and I can create a free thumbnail, but it is probably not going to get clicks.

So...  TRY THIS!   

CANVA

Canva can help you with almost anything online!  Type in Thumbnail in Canva search,

choose a template (without a crown is free).

Change the text, then download, and upload to YT or YT Community or whereever.
