A site that I use is PLE Data Base dot net. I believe that you will have to join their site to download their products which are primarily ebooks. There is a good selection of free products as you can see in the snapshot above. Most products include an ebook along with images and often a squeeze page and/or a sales page and resell rights. Most resell rights at PLR Data Base do not allow changes in content or images or your branding of the product as your own. Read the resell rights, since they vary.
Their ebooks cover most of the top niches, so if you are in more than one niche, you probably can find what you need all in one place.

I use the ebooks as incentives and giveaways and bonuses and email surprises and so on, but you can make money from them. Most PLR products, whether they are free or paid, allow you to resell the product and you get to keep all the money. If you are not familiar with digital products, they have some real advantages. There is no shipping, and handling, no pre-purchasing, no breakage, no getting lost in transit, and no storage. When a sale is made, the transaction is almost instant.
