Thank you for sharing these fitness quotes here. I like number 5 and 10. I believe they are very important for people to always keep in mind. Number 10 is talking about the subconscious mind, and what goes into it. If you have negative thoughts the subconscious mind acts on them. This is why you must inject positive thoughts into your subconscious mind all the time. The subconscious mind will act on them and this will bring you success in all you do (in business and your life).
