I am George Pierce. Over 40 years ago, I, and my partner, were stagnant in business for about 3 years, and no matter what we tried, we remained stagnant. I will share the answer to our success later. This post is about your online biz being inactive, specifically "When Nothing Is Working Online!?? Try THIS!". If your online business is new or struggling, I invite you to read on.
When you are new and things are not working, in an effort to fix things. I believe that more and more new aspiring online entrepreneurs are unintentionally making things worse.
A trend happening online is that AI is being used more and more. For example, I use a lot of AI in the weight loss niche, to help with content creation and posting. And I recommend AI as a way to help your business. but I strongly recommend that you use the free versions and that you stay with the free versions until your business can afford to upgrade.
What many newbies seem to be doing is buying into the fact (which is a lie)., that AI will do it all. Once everything is set up and plugged in, you can sit back and the money pours in. Although AI, along with other software and technology is amazing, I sincerely believe that you have two solutions.
Your first option, which I do not recommend, is to outsource. In other words, hire qualified people to do the job. This is what large companies do, and it is a superb option, but not for most of us. Your other option follows.
When you purchase whatever automated package that does not work, you are often told that it is because you also need...this or that or this and that and more. Throwing more money at your business when you are new is NOT the answer. The one being helped is the seller, not you.

The reason for this post is due to a recent comment by a self-proclaimed guru. To paraphrase,
"Do not spend more than you can afford."
Although this sounds like good advice, it is not! In fact, it is ultimately meant to put you into the mindset of spending money. I am trying to do the opposite.
For example, there are FREE options and FREE resources. There is no need to spend money. Spending money before you make money is simply bad business.
If you are spending money with little to no return, reducing or eliminating costs can have more of a positive impact than you think.HUH?
The number one reason why people quit their online venture is that they are not making money.
If you are spending little to no money, your first few sales are a big deal, you are excited and motivated, and you and your business benefit.
If you are spending hundreds of dollars a month, your first few sales lose their significance and fail to excite and motivate you.
