When you get one Facebook mention at a time, you can usually click on it, and Facebook will take you to it. When you get more than one at a time, Facebook will usually take you to a "LIST' of your mentions. The problem is that when you click on those Mentions, nothing happens. In this video, you will see how to access your Mentions from that list, It is easy as you will see.

All I see is notifications when I click on the bell. Facebook sends me notification as soon as a person does it. All I have to do is click on it and go straight to it and can respond immediately. Anyway good video training on the subject.Â
When I get multiple FB mentions, and I thank you for some of those mentions, FB puts them all on one page. Clicking on those mentions takes me to the list of mentions, but clicking on the mentions on the list takes me nowhere, thus the video. Thank you, Terri. Â
