Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce.  In this post I will be sharing some kid's channel tips.  My kid's channel is still new and I still have much to learn, however, I have discovered a few things that work for me, and I believe they are worth sharing.  Let's begin.

Quality Content...but that is not all...quality content based on what your viewers want.  My favorite tools to help find what viewers want are TubeBuddy and Ubersuggest.  They help us to find keywords and keyword phrases with good or great search and with LESS Competition.  Thus we can build our content around those keywords.

Above is an example of Ubersuggest, and there is a free version.  I recommend an SD (organic search difficulty) in the 30s or lower for beginners, but with over 100K in just the US and about 165K overall search volume monthly, I believe you can see how this tool can help your channel.

A NEW SPIN!

Putting a new slant on a known children's story or fairy tale is working for me.  Jack and The Beanstalk, for example, has a global monthly search volume over 100K and an SD of 46, and in my version, Uh Oh! the Giant wins!  What I am sharing is a spin off of Fractured Fairy Tales, with a new name. And, I believe you will find that the 'rewriting' will be fun.

Sing Alongs!

So far three out of three sing alongs are doing well.  The Thomas the Train (above) video happened due to sing along research.  I am happy to have discovered and to share that kid's love sing alongs. 

Suno is a free online resource that can help you with sing alongs as well as a theme song for your channel.  Suno will do all the work, but you are still in control. Flex Clip can help you with creating bouncing ball lyrics.  Both are free and amazing.

I am having fun, but I know how disappointing it can be when no one watches your videos, so I hope these tips will help.

PS.  I am also in the process of establishing an Emcee for the channel, so far it is Jaxin Roarwell, a lion...free from Vidnoz.  The idea is to have a fun and friendly character that represents your channel and that kids can identify with.  This tip is presently not validated.  Jaxin will have some fun, exciting, adventure stories of his own, and a character like Jaxin can be used in intros, outros, CTAs, storytelling and more.  Presently an experiment, one that I hope goes well, so do not forget to experiment as well. 

Meet Jaxin: (Free AI Talking Avatar from Vidnoz)  

Adding captions will benefit your videos.  According to Clip Magic, about 80% of YouTube videos are muted when watched.  Thus captions are important, if not essential.  Most video editors such as Canva, Opus AI, Invideo Ai, Veed IO, and Filmora include free automatic captions.  The negative to the free options is that the free versions will include a watermark and have limits.  Nevertheless, captions should be included. 

The snapshot of the above caption is by Clip Magic, which offers much more such as special effects.  I prefer the more noticeable captions for kids's videos, especially "Sing Alongs".  But most channels are not for children and do not include sing alongs, so a free option will work and your channel will benefit.

Above is an example of automatic caption creation by VEED.IO which is a free editor and more. Even though the captions are automatic, you still have control. 

In addition, there are about 36 Milllion viewers who depend on captions, and research also shows that Gen Z viewers are prone to rely on captions for more focus.  The bottom line is that captions should boost your videos and you have a lot of free options, as well as superb paid options.

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is about AI Avatar Pacing along with bonus avatar tips.  Pacing is the speed that your avatar talks.  Why that is important is that for some videos such as childrens' video, quizzes, and training videos, you may want to slow the speed a little.  You do not want your viewer to feel "rushed'.  The kinds of videos that I have mentioned, fall under the umbrella of 'educational' videos, but even if your video is not educational, if you feel that your viewer might feel rushed, slow it down a bit.  If you are not sure, a 'normal' speed is about 120 to 150 words per minute.  Fast is more than 150 words per minute (150 to 170), slow is less than 120 (100 to 120).

How To Change AI Avatar Pace?

Some AI Avatar sites such as the one above (Vidnoz) allow you to slow the speed.  Click on options and then lower the speed. 

AI Tip #1:

Shhh! On Vidnoz, I usually lower the pitch also, for both male and femaie, the reason is that the voice ends up different, and often, an improvement.   Jaxin is an animated Vidnoz lion that emcees some of my kids' videos...I lower his pitch by 15, and he sounds like a LION.  

Above is a snapshot of HeyGen, another AI avatar video site...UHOH!  HeyGen has NO SPEED CONTROL!  An effective way to slowwww the speech is SHORT Sentences.  You can also add pauses (the second icon to the right of Pricing makes adding pauses easy).  Long sentences seem to end up feeling 'rushed' on most AI avatar video generation sites to begin with, so avoid long sentences.  On sites with no speed control, break up your content into short senetences. 

A slower pace also helps avoid a 'robotic' feel, and gives your viewers more time to think or learn. 

Tip #2:

Use The Right Tone

Choose the avatar with the voice that fits your video.  Upbeat and energeitc and clear are preferred for most videos.  

• Friendly, curious, enthusiastic voices work best.

• Test a few voices with 2–3 lines of your script before committing.

Recommendation: In HeyGen, try voices like “Emma” or “David (U.S.)” or "Brandon ~ Original Accent".

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, this post is about how to set up your About Us or Me web page.  If you are not aware of it, an About Us page is considered essential.  I will be sharing the basics that your page should have, they are self-explanatory, so they are easy to follow, and stay with me for important tips that will separate you from the crowd (no one else is sharing these tips).

About Us Essentials:

To begin with, tell your story. Tell visitors the story behind your business or brand.
Include information about how your company operates and specifically who you serve.
Explain your business model, focus on ways that your biz or brand is different and/or better.

Be sure to include any third-party information that speaks well of your biz, brand, products, etc. such as press releases, testimonials, and awards.
Back up your credentials with visuals such as graphs and charts.  

Introduce yourself or key members of your company.

TIPS:

Save, do not Publish:  If you are working on your About Us page, your website is probably 'under construction', such as the one you see above. My opinion is to save while your site is in the construction stage.

Your Mission/ Our Mission/ Our Goal:  Let your visitors know your intentions...such as sharing great music, creating awesome recipes, helping people succeed online, and helping people to finally lose weight...you get the idea, and let them know why you are doing it.

STORY:  Tell a story, visitors prefer it, so share your story, weaving in the basics above, and be sure to inform your visitors how you, your company, your service your brand, etc. will help them.

Video:  Create a video that welcomes and informs.

CTA:  Call To Action: I suggest the kinds of calls to action that send visitors to your YT channel, your social media sites such as your FB Group, and at least one or more invitations to join your list along with several motivating reasons.  Notice above, that a small block is all about subscribing.  IMHO, growing your list is the backbone of any online biz, and the About Me Or Us page is the perfect place to give your visitors that opportunity.

About Us Page Templates:  There are templates that can make creation easier. The above About Us page is being made with Groove, using an About Us Template. In Groove, go to add a page on the left, and then search for About Us.  Templates are also available on WordPress, go to add a plugin (left column), then search for About Us.  I have used both Groove and WP templates, they are great.  I understand that there are also tons of free HTML templates, to find them, use your search box, just be careful.

The Surprise:

This brings us to my discovery of an unexpected and very positive surprise!

As mentioned, the more detailed and the more specific your text is, the easier it will be for the software to create exactly what you want.  The above video is a video that the software helped to create.  The intro and outro are made with Vidnoz, the story was made with Invideo AI with one edit. The text that I submitted was lengthy, specific, and detailed.  The AI did a superb job of creating an awesome video...and included THREE surprises.

1: I felt that the British accent for the storyteller was a nice touch.  I had not asked for it, so it was a pleasant surprise.

2: Also, I had not named the entity that imprisoned futuristic Rapunzel, and 3: my text did not include Rapunzel finding the old fairy tale "Rapunzel".  Again, to my pleasant surprise, the entity was now MOTHER, and Rapunzel discovered and compared the fairy tale to her imprisonemnt.  In other words, the AI should amaze you, you can expect quality videos generated by software that is creative and intelligent.

The above video was made with the free version (except intro and outro).  It will give you a chance to see what the software can do.

Hello Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is a "quick" review of AI Writer 2.0.  It is free tool by Ubersuggest which is by Neil Patel. I am a huge fan and I have a paid version...and, yet...I want to reveal that there is a FLAW for both the paid and the free version.  Most free versions of online tools have limits and AI Writer 2.0 has a limit on the free version of 2,000 words per month (10,000 for paid). 

I strongly suggest that your web site articles, posts, etc. exceed 2,000 words.  The reason is that Search Engines take more notice, thus the chance for more free traffic.  Below is a snapshot of the word count of a post that AI Writer 2.0 helped me create.  I prefer 2500 words, you can see that I came close.  

In addition to the 2000 word limit, the software does not have an option for images or videos.  I usually copy and past to an HTML editor (so I can add images and videos), and save before posting on my website, but it does add an extra step that some may not prefer.

SHHH!  I am uploading "Thriller" while this SE post is being made, the song is more than mentioned in the AI Writer 2.0 post, so it will be added to the post (as well as have its own page for SEO purposes alone, and for its impact on music).  While I am waiting, I am sharing what I do. 

The bottom line is that the 2K limit would be a 'deal breaker', however, the SEO advantages are so outstanding, I am still suggesting that you consider checking out the free version. 

A picture is worth a thousand words, and as you see above, the software is GENIUS!  It is going to help you with SEO (and more) like no other software will, so your posts will get the free traffic that they deserve.  Even if you are a beginner, the software will take you step be step.

Conclusion:

Check it out, it is free, and bring your posts in as near to 2K words as you can!

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is about Rumble TV.  I use Rumble TV, and there are a lot of positives, however, there are also some negatives and other info that you need to know about, if you are considering Rumble TV.  The following is based on my Rumble TV experience and my research. 

Positives:

Rumble TV is growing, it has passed 67 Million monthly users.

Runble TV allows you to monetize immediately.

If you allow ads, the payout is $3 to $25 per 1K views, depending on your niche.

You can post a video in two steps, and complete both steps, and you are done (the video will need time to upload, but when it is uploaded, it will be published and it is making you money).

Negatives:

Post separately.  If you post videos on YT, post separately on Rumble.  I post separately (I did not know that you can tie YT and Rumble together).  According to my research, do NOT tie the two together, YTers claim that it kills their YT channel.  Also, if you want to use Rumble to drive traffic to your YT channel, it may be best to send the traffic to a website and then to YT.  

Rumble is a place for YT rejects.  There is some truth there, Rumble also is a place for strongly political videos.  However, 

as you can see below, from just one of my chanels, Rumble still generates views!

As mentioned, those views are monetized immediately, and can also provide traffic, thus additional income.  

The QUESTIONS that most people seem to be asking are:

YouTube or Rumble?  YouTube and Rumble?

In my opinion, do both, but separately.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, this post is about something that you might want to do, but you should not, which is to promote products or services that are not related to your site content (niche).  For example, I am a huge fan of certain sites that are in the Make Money Online niche, such as Canva and BEW, and I have a couple of MMO websites, and on those sites, sharing info, links, banners, etc. about these MMO sites is a perfect fit. 

I also have sites that are NOT about MMO, and sharing products or services that are not niche related is not a good idea.  It better for your visitors as well as your SEO.  The search engines can see when ALL your content and ads and links and banners and so on are related, as they should be, and will choose to send visitors to your site over another site with a mix of content.  

So keep it relative to your niche.

Hi Everyone!  I am George Pierce, this post is about how to set up a YT channel as an RSS feed for your website.  Above is an example in action.  The free widget that I am using above is Surfing-Waves dot com for a scrolling widget which is circled in red.  The top arrow on the left is where to insert the YT channel and we will get to how to create that URL in a moment.  The bottom right arrow is the embed code for your website.  Embed the code and the scrolling widget will appear.  As you can see above, you have all your ingredients for an RSS feed.

The URL:

Creating the URL is easy.  The URL that I am using above is www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=UChTkxCTdgkt-xzoDN22mjWw and it breaks down into two parts.  Part one is

www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=

Just copy the above and add the channel ID...

My channel ID is   UChTkxCTdgkt-xzoDN22mjWw  ..so add the channel ID to the above code and you are done!

How to find the channel ID:

Go to the home page of the channel that you want to use for your RSS feed.  You will see the URL, as you see above.  The ID, which is the part you want, is the code that follows channel/ ... above it is  UChTkxCTdgkt-xzoDN22mjWw  Copy it and add it to www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=  and you get 

www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=UChTkxCTdgkt-xzoDN22mjWw Congrats!  That is it.

Hi all!  I am George Pierce, this post is to give you a heads up about a Domain renewal scam.  If you receive an email renewal notice, it might be a scam.  If you click on renew and are taken directly to a payment page which does NOT divulge the name of the domain name, BEWARE!  

The above looks official, but it is not.  There is no domain info.

If there is no info, look at the URL (top left), if it is NOT from your web host, it is probably a scam.  Take a snapshot of the page with the URL.

What should you do next?

Go to your web host and see if any of your domain names are ready to expire. Mine are all at least a year and a half away.

You can also contact your host and confirm that none of your domains are about to expire and that they did not send you an email such as the one above.

Next, use WHO IS  https://who.is   Who Is will tell you who is the host of the URL. 

Contact the host, send them the snapshot.

Next, report the crime.  Go to https://reportfraud.ftc.gov and click on Report Now.  Your info will be share with about 2800 law enforcers.

Hi ALL!  I am George Pierce, I dish out Internet Marketing medicine!??  When I learned Internet Marketing (and I am still learning), I learned it the hard way.  There was almost no free training and the little bit of paid training that I availed myself to, was terrible.  It was what I call "What Training".  What I mean is that it told you WHAT to do, but it left out the most important part...the "HOW"!   I was new, so the "WHAT" did me little good without the "HOW".  Somewhere on my IM path, I decided that if and when I figured this IM stuff out, that I would share it with others.  About 15 ears ago, I redoubled my committment to Giving Back, helping aspiring IMs was a part of that commitment.  

What I discovered is that helping new IMs, violates what I teach.  HUH? 

1. I am not selling.  Uh Oh!

As an aspiring IM, it is your job to SELL, and I do my best to help you with that, but, from a training point of view,  about the only thing that I am trying to sell (relative to Internet Marketing) is that it works.  

2. I do not base my IM Training around SEO.

I do quite well at SEO, and I teach to build your content (text, video, blog, post, etc.) around SEO, (a keyword or phrase with good search and less competition), but that is not the basis for my IM Training. 

3. I do not give you what you want.

One of the 'secrets' to IM success, is find out what they want, then give it to them.  My content is based (not on what you want) on what you NEED.  

The result is often IM Medicine!

The good news is that the medicine that I dish out, works for me, it is free, and it should work for you.

Coming very soon is a new video about  "HOW" to craft your welcome email.  It is a step by step look as well as a step by step layout that you can customize and use for your own welcome emails.  You will see HOW to blend psychology, marketing, commuication, and selling into your email and, as mentioned, the video provides you with a template for you to follow.  

it is based on a welcome email that I have just created for a new list.  In other words, you are getting the WHAT and the HOW, and you are getting it from someone who is literally "in the trenches".

The price for Mail Cheetah AT (mailcheetah.ai) is what got my attention, and I already had an email glitch (my email, which is Gmail sent log in info to the wrong email).  I share this because MailCheetah support was right on top of things, which is a good sign.  I will share more about them as I use them, hopefully my posts will be glowing. 

If you are online in any kind of a 'business' capacity, your list is going to be the backbone of your biz, and is proven to increase revenue by 400%!  

One of my Many online biz mistakes was to take months to finally get an autoresponder and to start building a list.  At the time, I had no clue about building a list and autoresponders were expensive...that was my excuse...what is yours? 

Now, they are low cost, and all of them come with hands on training, as you can see above. 

TIP:  Put yourself on your list, and begin with a 'test list'  

In my opinion, AIOP and BABO are at the top of my list for value and support, I hope I will be able to say the same for Mail Cheetah Ai.

Pinning is easy.  Click on the three dots, top right.  A pop up will appear as you see above.  Click on Pin To Featured.

I am George Pierce.  In this post I will be sharing some suggestions for your Facebook Group rules.  Once you set your FB group, go down the left column of your dashboard, a step at a time, until complete.  One of your tasks will be Group Rules.  The following are suggestions that will help.

Standards advised for managing a Facebook group:

Foster compassion and politeness by promoting respectful communications and cultivating an inclusive atmosphere for all individuals.

Prohibit hate speech, intimidation, or any type of inequitable habits to guarantee the safety and well-being of every person.

Discourage spamming, self-promotion, and irrelevant postings to maintain a give-and-take vibrant within the group.

Respect the privacy of all members by refraining from sharing individual information without consent.

Encourage pertinent discussions and inhibit off-topic discussions to maintain the team focus.

Abide by Facebook's guidelines.

Regularly implement the rules as an admin to maintain a favorable and efficient atmosphere.

Motivate members to report any type of rule offenses to the managers for appropriate action.

Take into consideration making use of membership questions.

Keep the guidelines straightforward and easy to understand for all participants.  Be concise, you only have 500 characters. 

May I further suggest that you "Personalize your rules" by including your Group Name.
