I was flipping through this month’s Realtor Magazine and came across an article titled “Forget the Façade” by Leigh Brown.

What caught my eye was the intro which said:” The best way to get more business is to be your most outrageously authentic self.”  

That’s a big order ….Your most outrageously authentic self!  


But my opinion is that it is the very best way to not only get more business but to build good, solid, long standing relationships.

And yet, so many people miss it. 

We have all heard that famous quote by Oscar Wilde:  “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.”

In real estate and in every other business, building trust and a good relationship with your clients is what you should be focusing on doing.

You can’t do that without honesty and integrity and being who you really are.  You can’t develop an honest business relationship.
