Well George, I've been a serial entrepreneur all my life and have 'seen off' many a business adversary, no regrets, - so I'd 'fail' the test too. Of course, there's too much psychology and psychiatry nowadays. What happened to taking the bumps and bruises and just getting on with life? Over-analysing is as bad as none. Millions was spent recently, for example, on research into how people walk after consuming alcohol - the results were staggering!
Healthy food, fresh air, exercise and a clear conscience George. Get them all working together and you've cracked the secret to happy living!
I have a story to tell about a clear conscience. I have 'no regrets, and I almost lost a job over it. A company that I worked for, decided that it would be a good idea to psychologically evaluate prospective new managers. It worked so well they decided to also evaluate all managers, including me. I tested as having no regrets. I do the right thing because it is the right thing to do, so...no regrets.
Guess what, most people with no regrets' are apparently serial killers. I did not know that, I did not know that my job was on the line, all I knew was that I had an appointment with a psychologist or a psychiatrist, which I was led to believe was standard procedure. Fortunately, he quickly discovered why I have no regrets. Thanks, Tom.
Thanks for the 7 day sample menu George Pierce
My intent is to share how healthy, yet easy, the Med. diet is, thank you, Terri,
Tasty, tasty, very very tasty! That's a tempting menu you've served up George. I'll certainly be trying several of your suggestions.
It really is tasty, thanks, Tom.
