Thank you! Yes I think listening is a lost art sometimes and I know I'm as guilty as the next. I have found myself drifting off when someone was talking to me and I felt so bad about it. I have to re-track sometimes.
Prospects are everywhere, and when you ask the right questions and listen to their answers, you can determine if they are the right person for your business. As business owners, we are problem solvers and we help them by listening so we will know if we can help them. Excellent post Susan and it's been shared via Syndication Automation and Google plus.
