I know this is a bit late as it is February now and If you are anything like me and many others you no doubt make at least one New Year Resolution and do we stick to it?  Very rarely.  Perhaps it is to lose weight, throw out all the junk food, take more exercise, stop eating so many chocolates and the list goes on.  Check out Joel’s short video below and his tip number three is the reason ………

It’s a sad that about 98% of use out there won’t keep a single one of them!

Why is that you ask?

For many it’s a cultural thing…they make them because everyone else is doing it and it’s tradition.  It’s not a bad thing… it’s just that for the most part they usually won’t amount to much.
