HI ALL! I am George Pierce. This post is about a strategy that I know of as "Do It!" or "Do It Now!" which I learned from W. Clement Stone. In your online new business, you will find yourself in many new situations, and you are not going to know exactly what to do. As you grow, there will be fewer of these situations, but they are going to be never-ending. That is a good thing! Because growth means that you will be expanding your knowledge and constantly crossing new boundaries.
Starting a new business online may seem as if it is one of the most difficult things that you have ever done. The reason is that stepping out of our comfort zone is not easy when we are not used to it. But a "Do It Now" attitude will help you to make those next uncomfortable steps.
Over time, a "Do It Now" mindset makes stepping out of your comfort zone easier and easier.
When you take your first few steps, choose what you believe is best, but do not worry. What you will discover are some important things that you will like, about the Internet.
On the Internet, feedback is almost immediate, this means that you will know in a matter of days or a few short weeks that your choices work or that they do not work. You will also learn that your mistakes are forgivable and fixable. You are also going to have some successes... successes that you would never had if you did not "Do It Now."
Do It Now may not solve all your new business problems, but it is a trait that I believe all successful people adopt and eventually turn into a habit.
Allow me to remind you that the more that you do, especially as a newbie, the faster that you will reach your goals, so, take a moment to think,
then,
Do It Now!
Thank you for reading.
Much success,
George Pierce

Excellent advice. This reminds me of something I heard a few days ago. Doing hard things on the front end makes for an easier journey on the back end. I definitely have had to learn this. Taking action brings clarity and it is necessary to "do it now" to get to where you want to be sooner. Thanks for sharing this, George.
As you may know, some adhere to a 5-second rule, in other words, do it before your brain has a chance to talk you out of it. Thank you, John.
Exactly and true.
Thank you George. This is great advice. I know that procrastination and the inablity to make a decision lead no where fast but frustation. But if you just do it now at least you're moving and making progress.
Exactly, we can easily allow ourselves to be handcuffed by doubt, fear, and so on, thank you, Robin.
