The Results We Want.
I'm not getting the results I want, in all honesty.
Maybe you are not reaching your goals either.
This one thing holds us all back.
Once we fix this, we fix our lives.
There is one vital piece missing to the results we want.
The Missing Piece
The missing piece is our mindset.
Our thinking gets the results we have.
We have to fix our minds to fix our lives.
I have some ways that can help us to change our thinking.
These 3 things will help us to change our thoughts.

3 Ways to Change Our Thinking
Here are a few practical ways you can change your thinking.
CHANGE THE CONTENT YOU CONSUME
We have to change what we watch and listen to.
We become what we consume.
Let's consume different content.
Consumption is how we spend our money and time.
I listen to at least 15 minutes of positive or motivational content daily.
This habit has helped me tremendously.
Reading the Bible also helps reframe my thinking.
JOURNALING
Journaling is important to me.
Journaling helps me process my thoughts in a healthy way.
A journal is a way to document your thoughts and feelings.
Journaling helps you get thoughts of your head.
I prefer using pen and paper.
You can also use a digital journal.
Here are few journal prompts you can use to help you start:
- What are 3 things I am grateful for?
- What is one good thing that happened for me today?
- What kind of mood am I in today?
LEARN A NEW SKILL OR HOBBY
Drawing is my go-to hobby right now.
Having a hobby has done a few things for me:
- Gives me a creative outlet
- Gets me off of a screen
- Allows me to learn more about myself
Math is another skill I am always working on.
I tutored at a small community college.
Doing math each day challenged my mind.
I enjoyed it.
Recently, I have worked to build my math skills back up.
This keeps my mind sharp.
Developing a hobby or skill will help you to grow your mind.
You have to grow your mind to achieve new skills.
Gaining new skills helps get new results.

Conclusion
These are just a few things to help expand your thinking.
A growth mindset gets different results.
We have to be committed to personal development.
Thinking creates actions and actions turn into habits.
The life we desire is unlocked in our mindsets.
