"Personal Touch" is a part of email that most are missing and it makes a real difference, thank you, Dennis.
One of the groups I host on Facebook has more meaning than most business owners realize. People do business with those they know, like, and trust. If they don't know what your business stands for, why should they do business with you? To be the most effective people need to know who you are and what you stand for. This is part of personal and business branding. Marketing emails have to take this into consideration as well.

There is no doubt in my mind that know, like, and trust can be built using an auto response system. It is important for people to understand that people buy from those they know, like, and trust. What I have found is finding real information of value as well as learning about the sender is what makes email marketing work.
