The music I can't help you with Terri but I've eaten Jamaican beef patties (the real deal when I was there) and they are absolutely delicious. A meal in themselves they are best when washed down with a Red Stripe local beer. That's got my taste buds tingling so I'm off to help preparation of Christmas day lunch.
