    Customers reviews/testimony is third party validation about you and your product or service. It's the most reliable way to get the word out about what you have to offer. Also it's a great way to engage with and begin to develop your relationship with them. I say this all the time to people I mentor that "relationships is the key to success." Thank you Dennis Thorgesen for posting this video here in the SE community.

      Thanks Terri Pattio, relationships are what make it possible for long term success in business. Most of us want to see validation that what we want is worth owning. Reviews definately help, a lot more than they hurt.

      Yes indeed responding to reviews is the key to success. It's engaging and developing those important relationships with them.

      With this I agree. This for both happy and unhappy customers. It is important to understand why someone is unhappy, and find a way to make them happy. Those are the ones who will become repeat customers, and think more highly of your brand because you cared enough to make them happy.
