Walking in Silence.

Silence should become an integrated part of daily life. At least five minutes can change a day's outcome. It allows one to reflect on their experiences and gain perspective and clarity. Taking this time for yourself can restore energy and mental clarity. Silence can cultivate inner peace and well-being. Research shows that making silence a regular part of one's routine can have a powerful impact on mood and overall well-being.

    Silence I have found is the most potent weapon in a persons armory. Knowing what to say and when to stay quiet comes from silence. We each have two ears and one mouth. Common sense says we should use our ears twice as much as our mouth. When we are using our ears we are silent. There are many times when in the wilderness silence has saved my life. This showed me silence is more important than speaking.

      Just like a forked Tongue can be a weapon, silence can be as well. It can also be used as a tool when finding buyers. A period of silence at the right time gives the customer a minute to think, is this product going to end my pain or increase my pleasure.
