Why Most People Quit Network Marketing

quit mlmMost business owners have a misconception why most QUIT Network Marketing. Most believe people Quit because of the product or the compensation plan. The reality Network Marketing is a BIG Revolving door with people joining and people Quitting. In this Blog post I'm going to cover why most people Quit Network Marketing and how you can prevent it from happening in your team.

Before I get into why most Quit network marketing I'm going to go over why most Join this industry. There are two major reasons why most Join a home based, network marketing and/or direct sales business:

1. They want to make MONEY

2. They want to start a BUSINESS

So many people have the misconception that people join these companies because of the product. It seems that prospects are looking for products that they can definitely use or are currently using and want make money at the same time. That statement is FALSE! Unless you want to bring in customers ONLY do you want people like this, not to say you can't build a business with customers. We are talking about bringing in partners.

Understand number 1, that is a prospect looking to make more money to fill a need. Why do they need more money? Is it to pay off their credit cards?, Is it to pay off their car loans?, Is it to put their kids through college? Is it to Fire their Boss and be fully independent?

What about number 2, that is a prospect looking to own their own business. Why are they looking to own their own business? Is it because their family have owned a business and they want to be an entrepreneur themselves? Is it because they can't afford a traditional business so they are looking at network marketing?

The reality is that we need to find out WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, and WHY? But most business owners don't ask these questions and wonder why these same people QUIT! So many people that start out or even veterans in the industry that didn't have or little success miss this and want to sponsor EVERYONE! Which leads me into Why people QUIT network marketing.

People Quit network marketing for two reasons:

1. They are NOT making the income that they desire

2. They feel that the product was sold to them through hopes that they would MAKE MONEY from it.

Lets's look at number 1, as I said before people want to come into the business to make MONEY and because network marketing offers a LOW RISK, Very Low Monthly Cost, and have the ability to work from where ever you are, people Join. But what usually happens is the presentation shows how EASY it is to introduce it to others, they think it's EASY to get the first 10 people in that they speak to. Huge reality check, it takes 100's of contacts to find people that think like you.

Now for my favorite part, number 2, network marketing offers the best products in the industry due to the savings in advertising costs to market their products. Think about what the major brands out there have to spend in advertising to get you to buy their products. They have to spend MILLIONS of dollars to get people to buy, but NOT in network marketing. The major brands out there have to either make the product more expensive to cover the cost or make a less inferior product to cover their advertising cost. End result is the customer gets a Not so good product, but in network marketing you get the BEST products that you can't find anywhere because YOU are the one advertising. The big issue here is that business owners need to stay on auto-ship in order to Qualify commissions in mostly all network marketing companies.

If there is NO MONEY generated from the business most then look at the product and say this, "Do I Really Need The Product Every Month?". At this point most try to justify staying with the company because the product is GOOD but eventually that would fade away and they will cancel. I love this quote, " People Base Decisions On Emotion and Justify With Logic"

The WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY is very important when looking for prospects to build your business with. qualified leadAsking your prospect WHY they are looking for a home based business will tell you their PAIN. Asking your prospects what they have set aside to pay for the initial start up and maintaining the business after all their bills are paid will tell you if they have the MONEY! Asking the WHY, WHY, WHY will let you know if this person is qualified to be on your team.

Understanding that if your prospect doesn't have anything set aside or CAN'T set anything aside for a business, should you still try to get them in your business? The number 1 reason why people want to get into a home based business is to make money but if they are NOT ready WHY do some try to put them in? It's a LOSE LOSE situation! If you know the main reason why people Quit is because of LACK of funding why do most want to sign up EVERYBODY?

You must stick to the WHY, WHY, WHY and you will know before hand if they are right for you and they are a right fit for your business. Once they are qualified you won't get many people that QUIT, you won't get many people that justify the business by the product, ( as a matter of fact the product is irrelevant ), Why? Your prospect want's to make money NOT buy another product or service.

excuses imageIn any type of business especially Network Marketing there will be people stating that they either can't build this business for various reasons or that they can't Start right now for various reasons. Although you might see this as valid FACTS why they Can't do either or, but they are actually EXCUSES. In this blog post I'm going to break down the difference between someone giving FACTS and someone giving Excuses.

 

When Your Attitude Is Right The FACTS Don't Count

Towards the end of this blog post you will understand what this statement REALLY MEANS. So, let's start with the most common objections that most people say. "I don't have the MONEY". "I think the market is saturated with competition when it comes to that product". "I can't recruit Leaders and I can't recruit in high volume". "I'm shy and I don't like to talk to people". "I don't have the time". "I have children and I work 60-70 hours per week". "I have to wake up early for work and I can't go to bed late as I need my sleep". "The Auto-Ship costs too much".

Now all of these objections may be true BUT THEY ARE EXCUSES! If you notice on all these objections they state WHY they can't do a Network Marketing business. Now you are probably saying, "Well these are tire kickers, they should be disqualified". Guess what, You are RIGHT but people are getting these EXCUSES from their downlines, they are getting this from their leads, they are JUST all over. I'm NOT just talking about Prospects giving these Excuses. The main reason why someone would come up with an Excuse is because they are Focused on the HOW! Which leads me into a story of what I mean.

Darren Hardy from Success Magazine states that "you don't need to know the HOW to build a Network Marketing darren hardyBusiness, all you need is "WHY POWER". He went on to tell this story, if you were to stand on the top of a tall building and look across another building with a wooden plank and someone told you, "if you walk across this plank I will give $20.00". Would you walk across the plank? Probably not! But what if you were in the same situation and you looked at the other building but it was on FIRE with your child stuck in the building. The ONLY way to save your child from the BURNING building is to walk across the wooden plank and save your child. Would you do it NOW? Most people, like 99% would say "YES" $20.00 or NOT I'm going to save my child.

So what changed? You said "NO" to $20.00 for crossing then all of a sudden you are now crossing it for FREE! You want to know what changed? YOUR WHY!! The $20.00 wasn't enough for you so you thought about all the reasons WHY NOT to cross, HOW you can fall and perhaps KILL yourself BUT something changed. Your WHY changed because your child was in the burning building and you then didn't THINK about the HOW anymore, all you can think is that your child could DIE if you don't go and save him/her.

So, what's the point here? Good question. After reading that story I mention that too many times we THINK about things and what we THINK gets justified as FACTS but when your WHY is changed the FACTS all go away. What you THINK are FACTS aren't really FACTS, they are people's opinions. "I don't have the money". "I can't recruit leaders". "I don't have the time". etc etc etc ARE ALL OPINIONS. But when you change your WHY, you make things happen! All of a sudden you find the money to get started in a Network Marketing business. All of a sudden you find 2-5 hours in a week to build your business. All of a sudden you start recruiting Leaders into your business.

IT'S YOUR ATTITUDE, IT'S YOUR WHY THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR THINKING IS WHAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOMEONE THAT MAKES EXCUSES AND SOMEONE THAT IS MOTIVATED BY THEIR WHY.

lead imageEvery Network Marketer wants more leads for their business to get more exposure. The biggest issue with generating leads for your business is NOT lack of skill, but lack of knowledge on how to build your list. Many are taught to just generate traffic and if enough people see your website you will get leads. This is a BIG misconception and in this blog post I will discuss 3 key areas to generate the best leads for your business.

You Must Identify Your Target Market

So many business owners think that they have to attract anyone that is breathing in order to get exposure but that's the wrong way to build your business. You must identify your target market in order to serve them whatever you are offering. Suppose you are offering fantastic 8-12 oz organic steak but you are marketing to EVERYBODY ( No target audience ) then you get some people that like steak then you get a lot that are vegetarian or because  of religious reasons cannot eat steak. At this point you are frustrated that you are not getting the traffic you wanted and you have WASTED your time. Identify who your buyers are, Identify who you want in your business, then you can market your business to that audience. At this point you may have less people to market to but they are looking for what you are offering.

Offer Value To Your Target Market

After you have identified your target market you need to become an interrogator. You need to know where your target market hangs out, what they like, what they dislike and what they are looking for. In this article I'm going to be talking about Network Marketers.

What do Network Marketers want? Good question; they are looking for more leads, more traffic and more build your list imagecash flow so that they can use it to market.

If you know this then you need to become attracted to that target audience. How do you do that? Well, the worst thing you can do is spam them with your company stating that it's better than theirs. They don't want to hear that and they will run away from you, they don't care about what you are promoting as they want to build their business. As I said earlier they are looking for leads, traffic and cash flow.

The best way to attract them is to offer what they are asking for. They want more ways to generate leads so offer that. You can show them a webinar's how to generate leads or make a video of what you learned. They are looking for more traffic, so do the same. And they are looking for more cash flow, so give them that. At this point you should be collecting names and emails which leads me to the last key area. Develop A Relationship With Them

network marketing relationship imageHave you ever heard the saying "People like dealing with people that they like and trust". This is so true. When was the last time you bought a product from someone you Didn't Like and Trust? Probably Never. As you are delivering Value to your list they will begin to Like you and Trust you then finally what you are waiting for. Recruiting those people into your Network Marketing business and now you have achieved your goal.

Understand that this doesn't happen over night but the results are mind blowing and once it starts to come in, it tends NOT to Stop. You will be able to recruit the people that you WANT and you will then begin to have Good retention.

network marketing toolsHave you ever noticed the array of tools that are available to you to properly introduce your network marketing company to others? Yet so many network marketers bypass the tools to explain the business to others. Although some prospects want the information explained to them, in this blog post I'm going to show you how to use the tools to share your business with others.

It's very common to peek a prospects interest about your opportunity and they would say something like this " So what is it?" This is a question that gets network marketers teeth cringe and knees knocking together. In reality, it's NOT your pitch that gets that question to come out of your prospects mouth, it's how you answer that question that will get your prospect to want more information.

So many business owners are taught several ways to pitch their prospects about their opportunity such as, "if I can show you a way how you can spend more time with your family", "do you keep your options open when it comes to making more money?", "can I show you a way to make money without interfering with what you are doing now?", etc etc.

Now all of these approaches are very very good but it almost always leads to your prospect responding "So, what is it?". Imagine you were to pitch your prospect with a script that would lead them to say "So, how do I get more information?" Now this blog post is not about how to prospect using scripts but I want you to understand that getting a question "So, what is it? or So, what is this all about?" can lead you to your next script.

Want to know what it is? Before I get in to that most network marketers will then answer that question and start to EXPLAIN the network marketing concept, the company product, how they can make money with the company etc etc. The best way to answer this question is to say "Sounds like you want more information, here is a DVD, here is a CD, or what is your contact information as I will send you a video". This is the best way to answer that question. Why? Because your prospect now is left wondering what the heck is this all about. They can't wait to see that DVD you lent them, hear that CD you lent them or waiting for that email.

Your prospects WANT control, they have a microwave mentality but Leaders Lead not answer ALL the questions. Leaders are NOT the source of ALL the information but LEAD others to the right information. I love this quote from Albert Einstein "I Don't Memorize What I Can Look Up". So how is this statement relevant to what I'm covering here?

Good question. Your prospect asks "So, how do you get paid from this company?". Now even though you know thebusiness man handing out dvd answer, don't give them control. You can answer something like this, "Well, there is a video that explains how you get paid from my company". Here is another one, "How many different packages that I can purchase and what's the difference between all of them?". Now you are NOT an expert say something like this, "Well, there is a video that explains all the different packages available to you and what benefits you will get on each of them".

By now you should get my point here. Don't let questions like "What Is It" kick you in the stomach, invite that question to give them a tool for more information. It's been professionally done for you so that you can share your opportunity effectively and keep it SIMPLE. The perfect way to build a team is to show them that your business is DUPLICATABLE and your prospects are watching you. If you become this expert they feel they have to be an expert, but if you show them that this business is SIMPLE they will say "I Can Do This". And if your prospect insists that you explain your business, either LET THEM GO or give them your website and tell them what to do.

businessman watchMost network marketers build their business Part-Time due to the fact that they have a job Full-Time. Some of them work 40 hours, 50 hours as much as 80 hours per week on their Full-Time job. The problem that they face is a LACK of time to get their daily tasks done. As I speak to my networking friends I hear a lot of them say "I don't have the time or I wish I could go Full-Time to get my daily tasks done." In this blog post I'm going to go over what you can do to maximize your time in your business.

My good friend and mentor Ray Higdon said it best, "If you can't build this business Part-Time, you can't build it Full-Time." He is absolutely correct making this statement. If you can't find the time to get your daily tasks done, image if you had 12-14 hours available to you? Most would say, "NOW I can get the work done because I have more time to do it." The reason why I agree with Ray Higdon is because those same people that state they don't have the time to prospect, market, generate leads, watch trainings, etc..... are just not organized. And if they were to go Full-Time, without organization your day will be wasted.

The first thing you should start off with is a notebook. In this notebook you need to write down your schedule from Monday through Saturday or if you have MASSIVE DESIRE Monday through Sunday. In this schedule you need to set aside times that you will be prospecting, marketing, reading emails, watching training's, weekly company calls, etc...... In order to maximize your time you MUST schedule your time so that you can get your work done.

Now some business owners claim that they get home to late to call prospects, watch training video's, listen to weekly company calls, etc..... This has to do with your Mindset and why you are in the business. You need to ask yourself WHY am I building this business? Your WHY has to be strong enough to stay up all night watching training video's, marketing your business, etc....... When your WHY is strong enough, you don't have time to waste nor time to complain about how much time you DON'T have. 

My best advice is to partner up with your upline leader and talk about how they schedule their day to get their work done. Remember if your goal is to go Full-Time, then you need to be more responsible and committed to your time management because if you don't YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR WORK DONE. Let me explain how the TOP leaders schedule their day. Before I start, try calling your upline leader a couple of times per week at different times then call your business partner ( if he/she is not Full-Time ) a couple of times a week at different times. You should see a difference, your upline leader may NOT pick up the phone and your business partner most likely WILL pick up the phone 100% of the time.

What's the difference? Most would say that they upline leader is busy with their team and can't get to the call but the business partner to trying to get like the upline leader so they are not as busy. WRONG ANSWER! A top upline leader schedules their time to take phone calls, check emails, read books, make prospecting calls, market their product, make team training calls, etc....... You see the difference is Discipline! 

The top leaders schedule their time and don't do anything else while completing that particular task. While they are checking emails they are NOT taking phone calls, while they are watching training video's they are NOT checking their emails, while they are marketing their products they are NOT making prospecting calls and while they are making prospecting calls they are NOT putting together their slides for a presentation that night. The point here is that Leaders schedule their interruptions while Part-Time network marketers get interrupted ALL THE TIME, which is why they can't get their work done.

If you find that you don't have time, make prospecting calls at your lunch break, follow up with your prospects on your way home from work, get up 1/2 hour earlier to send emails to your list, stay up 1 hour later to watch training video's to help transform your business. I hope you now understand what Ray Higdon said about going Full-Time with your Network Marketing business.

search bar imageStatistics show that every minute someone is searching for a make money from home opportunity and every hour someone is joining a home based business. Now these prospects are either joining with someone directly or just signing up themselves. But today I'm going to be talking about the prospects that sign up with a REAL PERSON and/or what you or your prospects should be doing before joining any business.

I hear everyday from someone that they joined a Network Marketing or Direct Sales business and their sponsor is no where to be found. I also see those same people searching for someone to help them answer questions about the team they are in, compensation program, team calls, ( some don't know what team they are in ) etc etc. So why does this happen to people? There are some people that look at an opportunity that they were introduced to somehow and decided to join. Now at the time of sign up they most likely had a person guide them through the process or had their sponsor sign them up. At this point there are some people that are unethical and walk away with their BONUS and leave their new business partner all by themselves. You see Network Marketing has a BAD name NOT because the business model doesn't work, it's Network Marketers!! Obviously there are people making an enormous income monthly from Network Marketing, so it definitely WORKS.

Here are some tips you should do before signing up with any Network Marketing company

  • Make sure you research the company you are interested in. Make sure you watch video's about the companies background, the products and services, the compensation plan and the people behind the company. Warning- Do not research a company for more than a week, do not over think the process. Just research the company so that you are not suckered into a bad deal.
  • After you make a decision of the company you want to join, make sure you start reaching out to various members. You want to interview the members teams and their Leaders. This is so important because no one wants to join the WRONG TEAM nor do you want to join a team that is NOT growing.
  • Ask the following questions to the members you are interviewing: Do you offer weekly team calls? How many Leaders do I have access to for 3-way call support? In this blog post I talk about how to properly do a 3-way call. Does any leader in the team offer one on one or group mentorship? Does the team have their ownnetwork marketing right team marketing training or do they rely on company tools? etc.
  • After interviewing your potential sponsor and team leaders go ahead and look for them on Facebook. Make sure they have a presence online also if they say they have a group on Facebook just for their team, go ahead and take a look. You may not be able to see much due to the group maybe in private but you can verify if the information given to you is accurate.
  • After you select which team you are going to join and sign up make sure you collect at least 3-4 phone numbers of your sponsors upline leadership. Next work with 1 or 2 of the leaders discussing your goals and work with them either one on one or as a group. In this blog post I talk about how to be a good student to your mentor.

There is a saying " People Join Companies But They Stay For The People". If you are looking for a network marketing or direct sales company and want to build a strong residual income you cannot just join with any team. You must do your research and make sure you will get the support you need to reach your goals faster. Some business owners wonder why they have their team drop off and in most cases it's because it's lack of support.

business man overwhelmedSo many business owners that start out new are told to introduce the business various ways. Some believe that introducing the business various ways will give you the ability to find which way you are comfortable with. In reality this doesn't help duplication in an organization and you can have a lot of people in your team confused. In this blog post I will be discussing how to properly introduce your network marketing business to a prospect.

The only proper way to introduce your opportunity to your prospect is to ask a series of questions. So many people either ask 1 question such as, "Do you keep your options open?" or "Would you be open to looking at a home based business?". The issue with this question is that it leads into "What Is It?", this is the type of question that would have most network marketers tongue tied.

The proper way to introduce your opportunity to a prospect is to find out if there is any PAIN. Ask a series of questions that would lead them to tell you what they are looking for. While 98% of marketers are asking up front and getting the "What Is It?", you can ask questions that will cause your prospect to TELL you what they want. When you are talking to a prospect who ever they are, friend, co-worker, neighbor, family member or someone you don't know, you want to dig deep into their lives in order to find out what they are looking for.

The best way to start out is to ask, "What's New?". Because people gravitate towards the negative they will most likely say "Nothing much, same old stuff everyday". Now I love this one because they just walked into my next question, "What do you mean?". They will reply, "You know Work ALL Day, go home then do it all over again". Now I ask the next question, "It sounds like you don't have time for yourself, how many hours do you work per week?". They will reply something like this, "Well, I work 60-70 hours per week and I barely have time for myself"now he just gave me the perfect answer to lead me into my opportunity question. "If I can show you a way you can gain more time for yourself and your family would you want more information?". Who would say NO to that question.

You see, the prospect just told me because they work so many hours they don't have any time for themselves or their family. I used his own words to introduce my opportunity to him/her. Now this is where most network marketers mess this process up. Your prospect will say "Yes, but what is it?", most would then cringe and start to explain that it's an online business or that it's a product that they are already using and if they share it they will earn income. That's a BIG MISTAKE, the best thing to say "I have a video, dvd or local meeting that explains what I have to offer you, what is the best number I can contact you?". Get their information then get back to them with more information and if they insist what it is you have to offer, you can do two things. You can disqualify them by saying "You know what, this may not be for you" or "Here is my website where you find more information".

Understand you don't need to be the tool, use the tools to help you expose your business to yourwhat works image prospects. As you go through the numbers of prospects you will find what you are looking for. Don't get hung up with 1 prospect because he/she just doesn't have the patience to wait to go to a meeting or call or video. Those are the prospects that are not coachable because they show it in their character. I had a prospect tell me ( fellow Network Marketer ) you have a mouth so explain the business to me, I said "My mouth is to find out if you are open, my tools explain the business".

Remember as you talk to more prospects you don't have time to explain the business, that's why your company has tools to explain the business to your prospects. You goal should be to find out who is open to hear more information about your business and let the tools do all the work. You will find duplication inside of your organization and have a lot of fun building this business.

value imageA lot of people that I speak to disagree and some agree with this headline. Now there are a lot of entrepreneurs out there that are making a lot of money but they are not delivering Value to the marketplace. They are just working very hard with a big goal and going after it. Although there is nothing wrong with that, there is way more potential in what you can earn when you deliver Value. In this blog post I will share with you the difference between Value and Average.

When someone talks about you delivering Value, automatically you think you have to become this teacher. Here you are, whether successful in your business or not, you are thinking you have to become this teacher. Someone that has to learn, learn, learn then teach in order to give Value. In fact most people will say, I'm not here to solve other people's problems in business, I'm trying to solve mine. Now that's OK for those to think that way but it doesn't deliver Value to the marketplace. Later in this article I will give you a few quotes that my mentor Jim Rohn says about this.

Let me you an example, most people that start as an entrepreneur start Part-Time. They have J.O.B. that they work Full-Time in most cases then build their enterprise Part-Time. And most people that jump into entrepreneurship feel they aren't making enough money in their J.O.B., so they start an enterprise.

Now most would say that they are not making enough money in their Full-Time job and some even feel that they can't either move up the Ladder or don't see more money coming to them anymore. Some might say, "There is no more room for growth, I'm going to be at this position forever and my pay isn't going to get any better. My cost of living is going up but my paycheck isn't". The problem that most people have in a J.O.B. is that there are too many people telling you that you CAN'T move up and there are people that are worried that you might take their position. But there are many J.O.B.'s out there that pay very well and the employee's grow within the company.

So how does an employee get a raise or move up within the company? Good Question. There is only 1 answer, that's VALUE. If an employee starts at $5.00 an hour to take out the trash and that's all they do, the company will continue to pay that person $5.00 per hour. Now if that same person whistles as he/she is taking out the trash, maybe they will make $6.00 per hour. It's all in your attitude. Now you find people that are making $25.00 per hour, $50 per hour, $100 per hour, $150,000 per year all the up to $80,000,000 per year. Why is that? There is only 1 answer, how much Value is that person giving to the company. A person that starts off taking out the trash then to working with customers then to management then to vice president is the person that gave the most Value to the company.

The same thing works for your network marketing business. Just because you signed up with $500 or FREE doesn't mean you complain why it isn't working for you or why it isn't moving as fast as you want it. If you find ways to deliver Value to the marketplace and work hard at it people will hand you the MONEY. As your Value increases the amount of income increases. Now this doesn't happen overnight, this takes time. But the amount of Value you give out will pay you 10+ times more than if you market your product and/or your service. This doesn't mean NOT to market your business BUT make sure you are delivering Value and you will have          pjim rohn quote 3eople asking you if they could join you. That is a much better position than the traditional way.

Jim Rohn said these words, "You don't get paid for time, You get paid for Value. If you were getting paid per hour you could just stay home and get paid hourly, except you get paid by the Value you bring". Here is another one, "Most people say that the company pays an employee this amount. That's not true, if there is someone in the company making more money than you then the company is paying You that much". You get paid on the Value you bring. The economy can't change that because there are plenty of people making more than minimum wage. Jim Rohn says, "The wind blows on us all, the wind of opportunity, the wind of change, what determines where you go is the Set Of The Sail". If you keep delivering Value, you will attract Great People and You will attract a great financial future.

How To Overcome Being Camera Shy

business women shyThere are a lot of talented network marketers out there that are camera shy. The reality is that YouTube is the #1 source for information next to text such as an article, blog post or press release. So the question is, why are so many people afraid of the camera? In this blog post I will show you what you need to do to overcome camera shy.

 

 

Let me start off why most network marketers are afraid of the camera

1. It just feels weird to talk to a camera

2. Most get tongue tied when they try to speak into a camera.

3. Most don't know how to start a video let alone how to end it.

4. Most don't know what text to put in the headline and into the body.

Now all of these points above I had issues with in the beginning but I just kept going with it and continued to learn how to market myself using the camera. My best advice whether you are new or a veteran in network marketing is to keep practicing. The best way to cure FEAR is to go into ACTION and not just action but MASSIVE ACTION.

The best way to get rid of  feeling weird behind the camera is to practice with the camera off. Now before you decide what you are going to say, you must first take a deep breath and relax. Close your eyes just 20-30 seconds and breath slowly until you are able to relax. At this point your heart isn't racing out of your chest, it's pumping in a relaxing state. Now you are ready to open your eyes and just start speaking.

Now before you say anything, make sure you practice what you are going to say. You must wright down notes on what you are going to be talking about. Use bullet notes with the topics you are going to be talking about and try to cover them in a 3-5 minute video. The reason why most people get tongue tied is because they don't have notes on what they will be covering. At this point if you just turn on your camera you will start to pause, say a lot of ummmm, and not know where to go.

The next thing you need to do is to start your content with the subject of the video then you should end the video call to action imagewith a call to action. So many marketers start a video talking about something else and never telling their listeners into a call of action. For example, if you have an e-book on how to effectively use video to build your business and when you speak you start to talk about your network marketing company. You will lose your viewer Quickly because they weren't asking for that. Make sure you stay with the subject, talk about the pain, then the benefit ( solution ) and last A CALL TO ACTION. This maybe directing them to a link to your website, phone number, meeting, link to download etc to whatever you are promising your viewer.

Last is to make sure you pick headlines that congruent to your keyword. Now I'm not getting into the traffic portion of video in this blog post but you must make sure your KEYWORD is in your headline, body and tags. This is very important to rank and most importantly for people to find your video when they are searching for that keyword. Your headline should state what you are offering such as "How to effectively use video to build your business", then in the body place your link FIRST then a small article explaining what you are presenting in small detail. This is not a place to throw up but you want to go into brief detail of what you are offering. Make sure you place your link at least 3 times if you are offering a product. Top, Center and bottom. Always make sure that in the end of your video you explain to click on the link below or some form of CALL TO ACTION.
