Hi Everyone! I am George Pierce, I believe that experimenting online is a great idea, it helps us to learn and to grow. I also believe that most of us who have an online venture are trying to use it to make money online. If that is true, this post is for you.
Most of my early experiments online were disasters, and it was my own fault. I failed to do one simple thing...RESEARCH! A present experiment of mine is to tap into the CUTE CAT and CUTE DOG video craze.
BUT...before I do anything, I need to do some research. I may perceive this cute cat and cute dog thing as a craze, but... is it really a craze? Research can tell me.
And...even if I am right, is there a chance for my content to be seen? Research can tell me that also.
Above is a snapshot of Ubersuggest search resullts for cute dog and cute cat. Ubersuggest is a research tool that is free online or as an extension. It is showing 110K monthly searches for each, however, I recommend a search difficulty in the 30s or lower. AHA ~ "cute dog small" has good search...I recommemd at least 1K monthly searches..and a difficulty of 20, which relates to about an 80% chance of success.
There is a lot more experimenting to be done...voice, no voice, hero, comedy, animation, and more. Mundane tasks such as making lunch with a heavy accent on cute, seem to do well, so that is where I am starting, but, as you see above, not before determining that the chances of success are good.
Hello Everone! I am George Pierce, this post is about Magiclight. Magiclight is a free AI facless video maker, HOWEVER, the free version is a trial version, then it is over, or you upgrade. I upgraded. I am a proponent of free, specifically, when you are new, the reason is that it is not a good business practice to spend money that you or your online adventure does not yet have.
The software, of course, is incredible, above is a screenshot of a video that is uploading right now. Notice the red arrow. The voice over speed is normallyy set to 1.2, I prefer 0.9, and I believe you will too. If you try the free version, the AI will make about a one minute plus video with as little as a few words describing what you want. (if you have something definite in mind for your video, the better your description, the better your video will match what you want.)
For the video above, I wanted a short one to two minute Bible story ~ Daniel In The Lion's Den...however, for me, it is standard procedure to check with Ubersuggest, a free extension, that can help us to choose the "best' keywords. The best keywords have good traffic, I prefer at least 1K searches per month, and sometimes Uberuggest helps to uncover great keywords, such as "Daniel And The Lion's Den". The lower the SEO difficulty (free organic traffic difficulty) the better, a 9 as you see below, means about a 91% chance of success!
Another tip to help your Magiclight video (per Magiclight) is to use as many of the following tags that are appropriate.
Include these in your tags and in your description.
Let the AI work for you!
In my opinion, Magiclight will impress you most, when you let the AI do the work. For Daniel and the Lion's Den, I used what is called smart script which is simply letting the AI now what you want.. a short video about Daniel's faith, the AI did the rest. The video is below.
Notice the title (text) is Daniel and, the text on the thumbnail is Daniel in. I created the thumbnail, but ALL the images were thanks to the magic of Magiclight.
On the free version, you will NOT have the option to animate, the video above is NOT animated. What I have discovered is that 'not animated' is still a compelling video. SHHH! The software still pans. (you do not need to animate)
If you upgrade, at the time of this video, you will spend about 100 credits or less per video if you do NOT animate, and you do not need to (IMHO). If you animate, you will spend at least 1,000 to 1,500 credits per video.
Instead of "Animate All" click next (above). You will still be delighted with your videos, and you can make over 10X to 15X more of them!
The kind of videos that magiclight seems to fit best, and this is my opinion, are narratives. If you create a lot of videos, as I do, Magiclight may be a good fit. If you avoid "Animate All", it is a low cost quality upgrade.
I gave it a try and I was hooked. The Magiclight free trial allowed me to make 3 videos, at a minute plus each, with almost zero effort and the videos were impressive.
Hi ALL! I am George Pierce, this post is about creating files or folders for your YouTube videos (to maintain consistency). What I am sharing is specifically for YouTube channels that create AI videos that have returning characters or have a video series. For example, I have two main AI narrators, that have to be consistent, they need to look the same and sound the same in every video that they appear in. I also have the MacGregors which is a 'series'. The MacGregors are a 50s or 60s family that are Golden Retrievers, otherwise, they are human. The bottom line is that the characters, the backgrounds, props, voices, and so on, need to be consistent.
YAWN: No one shares this because it is boring...did I say that? Fortunately, it is easy.
Create two files, one for your prompts and notes, as you see above (using Google Docs which is free), and one for your images and videos, as you see below.
I even created an icon (laptop folder ~NEW, then Options, then Properties, then Customize) for the MacGregors (the dog house to the right). Above, for example, Frankie is the equivalent of "Eddie Haskell", so he is goiing to be appearing often, and he has to look and sound the same.
When you need to re-use a character, prop, background, or anything else, by creating two folders, you can easily access the information, image, video, and so on...in seconds!
If you do do not, two problems arise.
TIME: It may take you much more time to 'recreate' than you expected.
ACCURACY: You may end up being disappointed with your recreation, since it may not be an accuate match.
Again, one file for images and videos, and one file for text, keep them organized, and you will maintain the consistency you need with little effort and the least headaches.
Hi All! I am George Pierce, I had to share this new free feature from HeyGen, a free AI talking avatar site. The new feature is the OLD baby avatars, for sure, Attention Grabbers! The negative is that the free version is limited to 140 characters. The good news is that you can create awesome quick ads and CTAs using free AI.
I suggest that you keep it funny.
HeyGen also allows you to add a CTA button and share the link if you are not a YouTuber.
Hi Everyone! I am George Pierce. I share what I do, and one thing that I do with almost ZERO extra effort is to create YT shorts. When you make a video, create a short version of the video at the same time. Most editors have that option built in, turn it on. On Filmora, turn on 'auto highlight" when you export your video. The software does all the work; it will create your YT short, along with your regular video. Once it is created, change the aspect ratio to portrait, 9:16, before uploading your short.
This easy step will mean more views and more exposure at no cost. Your channel will grow faster!
I am George Pierce, this post is about doing more than one thing at a time. For example, most of my posts for SE are made during uploads, downloads. or while waiting for software, such as you see above. I have discovered that most Internet Marketing tasks can be turned into "multi-tasks". Instead of creating one squeeze page, I usually create ten. I began by creating two, and once it became easy, I added another and another.
It is my opinion that most IM tasks can easily be turned into multi-tasks. Your benefit is getting about 5 times more done on simple tasks.
CREATIVE TASKS
I use AI for many of the 'creative tasks'. Above is a screenshot of two videos in progress. I find that AI Assistants, can trully assist. On the right, Copilot is helping with a kids video, and on the left, ChatGPT is helping with prompts for the video that is generating in the top screenshot. I have found that I can do two or three at a time. If you will try this, your benefit is that multi-tasking again will make you more productve, about 200%. In addition, content is the driving force for websites and videos.
PIPELINE
By multi-tasking, you can keep your pipeline full. In other words, you can always have content 'in process'. Based on my opinion, it seems to be almost easy to keep my pipeline full. My old way of doing this was to create content as needed, which seemed to create unnecessary pressure or stress.
Slow But Steady
One of the secrets to online success is being "STEADY". Consistency is what matters, however, "Multi-tasking" is a simple way to be Faster But Steady!

Hi Everone! I am George Pierce. This post is about a method of Internet Marketing that could be considered to be "Gray Hat"!?? Gray Hat Internet marketing is an area that is between "White Hat", which is ethical, and "Black Hat", which is unethical. The method is simple, it is based on using other people's content, UHOH! Using other people's content is black hat, it is WRONG, it hurts your SEO, and can result in copyright and other legal problems.
There is however a way to use other people's content legally, which is to "SPIN" the content. I use a tool called Spin Rewriter, after the software spins the content, the new content is about 98 or 99% NEW. Spin Rewriter has a free version, and it is copy and paste easy. In other words, copy an article or post, paste it into an article spinner, spin the article, and use it on your website or in your video.
For videos, you can use a video transcriber, such as NoteGPT which is FREE (above). Then copy and paste the video transcription into your spinner.
Again, this is copy and paste easy.
How will this help you?
"Struggling" is a great adjective for describing my early Internet Marketer journey, and I believe that everyone else goes throught the same phase. In addition to having much to learn, we tend to share content that we 'think' our audience wants...that is what I did and I found out that it does not work! Nowadays, there are free tools that make it easy to create content that our visitors and/or viewers want.

Ubersuggest, is a free extension, that makes it easy to find "perfect content', content that has already proven itself. As you can see,
Ubersuggest helps us with detals such as page rank, backklinks, and traffic, along with valuable keywords for SEO.

get a video transcript, also easy and free to spin the content, and then use it for the basis of an article, post, video, etc.
I cannot make any promises, but based on my experience, this 'gray hat' strategy is quite effective.
BONUS!
If your main focus is on creating videos, another free extension that will help you to refine your searches and to improve your SEO and more, is Tubebuddy. Both Tubebuddy and Ubersuggest also provide us with an SEO score. For Ubersuggest, an SD (free, organic difficulty) of 30 or less is what I recommend for beginners, and 60 or better for TB. TB will also show you your competitors tags (keywords) and how well those keywords score.
One Other Ingredient:
There is one other ingredient that the Noah's Ark video has, and you will find that ingredient will be consistent. QUALITY! AI is getting better and better, which includes content spinners, however, for this strategy to work, we must do our best to maintain the highest level of quality that we can. Quality is the underlying reason why the content that we are re-using is doing so well. So put a priority on quality, it is not just important, it is necessary.
FYI, free AI assistants such as ChatGPT can help as well, perhaps as a fnal proof read.
By "re-creating" winning content, whether it is textual or video, puts you in a much bettter position. This strategy can help you to start at the front of the pack, instead of the rear.
Hi All! I am George Pierce. This post is about growing online and the truth about how I found the secret to growth. The secret to growing online is trying NEW things. My initial successes were few and far between...I was slowly discovering what worked...mainly by finding all the ways that did not work.
My results were terrible, but I was too stubborn to quit, and I kept trying new options and experimenting. As mentioned, most of what I tried, did NOT work. The key is that some of the things that you and I try, WILL work. Of course, when you find things to do work, do more of them, and build upon them.
Over time, you will learn, you will gain experience, and you will be able to "experiment" with a much higher chance of success, instead of failure. Failures will still happen; they are important learning experiences! They are springboards to future successes.
Above is a screenshot of an experiment using AI for music videos. Pretty girls and short music videos based on proven successes are the 'formula'. Pretty simple...right? And the tech side can be done with AI! In addition, if you research what I am sharing, you will find that it does work! And that is true.
BUT...
There is a learning process! It is going to take time.
BUT...
Learning is easier than ever! Why I say this is that you and I, now, have FREE AI assistants such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to help us! I still love to experiment and try new options because I love to learn, it helps my online growth and my personal growth.
In other words, even if you are new, you can and should experiment and try new things, and with a free AI "expert" at your side!

Above is the reviewer, Gorgo Crankshaw. Gorgo was created from a Copilot AI prompt and Free Microsoft Bing Image Creator. The review will be funny, for example, in the video that he is reviewing. Peri the Minion Purple learns a valuable life lesson, and Gorgo shares in his review that everyone knows that Minions cannot learn, they are too Minion-Y!
Allow me to share some Examples of This Strategy in Action (how it might help you):

Why create a playlist?
If someone has just watched one of your videos to the end, there is a good chance that they will continue watching your videos, especially if the content is related. Your benefit, therefore, is move views! Perhaps, many views if your viewer is binge watcher! All free and with little effort.
Set Up Is Easy!
Click on Playlists, then New Playlist, then fill in the details. Tip: Include a keyword or short keyword phrase as your title, or, in your title, and also, in your description, then hit create. Notice above that my list names are short simple keyword phrases, preferably with good search and low competition that acurately describe the playlist.
Next click on elements, and add your endscreen, then click on Save as template at the bottom, name your template,, and save.
The set up is easy and fast, and will mean more views.

I am quite sure that the free version is a trial. Among the many features that it provides, it has caption software that is perfect for sing-alongs, which is what you see in the screenshot above, as well as Karaoke. My experience is that the captions are great for sing-alongs, and the above caption was created by Clip Magic from a song, not from text. Of course, it works for any kind of captions. Hi All! I am George Pierce. I make money online and my intent is to help others do the same. I will soon be making a video about 'minion purple'. I have figured out how to legally create Minions, essentially by way of a ChatGPT prompt. After ChatGPT, helps with a prompt and a story, then probably I will use free text to image and image to video, for consistency. The audio may come from Pixabay...if all goes well, the audio may come from Suno or a similar site. That is the plan, it is free, and acccording to Ubersuggest, it should be a good one.

Hi All! I am George Pierce, this post is about Spin Rewriter. I re-use content regularly, my own content as well as other people's content. Before I re-use content, I spin it. The reason is to avoid duplicate content. Duplicate content repels search engines, so that is why a content spinner is a perfect tool for re-using content. Hi Everyone! I am George Pierce. This post is about making an animated video using free AI, step by step. Even if you are a total beginner, you can do this, simply follow along. Let's begin.
Step one: Creation!
Begin with free AI software such as Claude, CoPilot, or ChatGPT. This free AI software will help you with any questions or details, and specifically, it will help us to create your script, and what are called prompts, which are textual descriptions of each of your characters, backgournds, special items, etc. Based on my still limited experience, scripts will come and go, but images can become leading characters for your channel or brand. So, be particular about what you want, because the AI is able to create a perfect prompt, thus a perfect image.
Above is Sammy, an on location reporter (The Oakleaf Park Story), the story and image prompt, were created by Claude, and Leonardo Ai using the prompt to creater the image!
Step Two: Turn prompts into images.
As already mentioned, "Moona" and Sammy are the result of perfect prompts created by free AI, and then by free 'text to image' software. Instead of text to video, I usually use text to image. Why? Free text to video sites are marvelous but the end result is a 4 second to 8 second video, and although this may be perfect for a glimpse of a character, I still do not recommend this, since my experience is that text to image does deliver what I want, and text to video does not. It also makes mistakes, and fixing them is difficult, and a time consumer. And it is too short.
The above is Woodie The Owl, also an on loacation reporter of The Oakleaf Park Story. His prompt was made by Claude (AI), the video was made by Genmo, using text to video. The mistake is that Woodie works for Woodland News. I am still learning all this, and sharing as I go, and I believe that the best way to bring these characters to life is Step 3.
Step 3: Image to Video!
I use free online software from Vidnoz to bring images to life. The free version allows up to 3 minutes per day, and, of course. longer videos can be spread out over more than one 3 mimute video.
Go to Vidnoz, it is free to join, click on AI Tools, then click on AI Talking Photo, upload your image, add your text (script) and hit Generate Video! This simple, free, and easy process is only limited by your imagination! In fact, you will discover that free AI tools such as Claude will help you expand your imagination further than you can imagine.
In addition, look at the image above and you will see a number of animated characters. Vidnoz has over fifteen hundred human and animated characters along with the option to upload your own. Shhh... Einstien...Santa Claus!
Also, adding together videos that are just a few seconds long is tedious and time consuming... which may be why everyone seems to be recommending them...you will be motivated to upgrade and they make money. Adding together more than one 3 minute video is much easier, and perhaps, not even necessary.
TIP: you can tell your free AI tools to keep your videos under a certain time length.

Hi ALL! I am George Pierce. This post is about how to get hundreds and even thousands of extra views. Simply create a HIGHLIGHT video!! The creation takes zero time, and it is free. Filmora is the editor that I use (paid version), which is what you see in the sanpshot above. The free version also offers the highlight option, simply turn it on. Filmora claims to be the best, it cretainly is good. The software scans your video and creates about a 50 to 60 second short, all on aoutpilot. The highlight video will be landscape, so you will need to change it to portrait, by way of "properties" which you will find by hitting files.
I began trying out this highlight option just a few weeks ago and not much happened. However, the source that recommended this tip is most reliable. Since is it so easy and quick, I deccided to keep at it for at least a little while, and it is working (a music channel). I am now adding it to other channels, On my quiz channel, the above video is still unlisted at the time of this post, it is the second highlight video, however, the first hihlight video is the reason for this post, it already has 49 views.
According to my research there are 16 free video editors with a highlight option. Since it is an autopilot option, the amount of time and effort is almost zero, and it works. Give it a try.

Hi Everyone! I am George Pierce, this post is about how you can make money online from video sites such as Youtube and Rumble, yet NEVER have to be on camera. What you are about to discover is free. In addition, I will be sharing free AI tools that will make your job easy. The monetary strategy is to use the cumulative effect and the power of residual income, thus giving your online venture (even if it is part-time), an almost unlimited financial potential. Let's say that you are brand new. Where should you begin?
Let's look at some of the faceless strategies that you can use.
Voiceover with visuals - Use your voice while showing relevant imagery, screenshots, or B-roll footage
Screen recordings - Create tutorials, reactions, or demonstrations that focus on your screen rather than yourself
POV (point of view) filming - Record from your perspective to show activities like cooking, crafting, or gaming

Above is a snapshot of a free site called Vidnoz. Vidnoz is a free AI Talking Avatar Video Generator site. The free version allows 3 minutes per day. The advantage is that all you need is a script, which you paste into your Vdnoz video, and Vidnoz does the rest.
To generate your script, you can also use free AI, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or CoPilot, which are also able to help you with keywords and phrases, weaving those keywords and phrases into your 'Description', and creating a catchy title.
Other superb free keyword tools are Ubersuggest and TubeBuddy, both are available as extensions.
To help with spelling and punctuation, Grammarly is free and also is available as an extensioon.
Your videos will need bacground music and AI makes it simple. Free sites such as Riffusion and Suno will generate your music from text. Type in what you want, and create. You will love the results.
For adding images and video clips and effects, free sites such as Piverse (top snapshot), Midjourney, and Picsart will astound you. Again, just type in what you want.
Let's talk more about THE MONEY!
The way this works is based on consistent effort, sorry. Even with AI, this is not a free lunch. HOWEVER, there is a trick that will help. Build your channels around what you love. Creating videos will get to be easy and fast in a short amount of time. That is great. What you may not realize is that when you reach that point, creating and uploading and creating and uploading and creating and uploading can get more and more tedious...so much so that you may quit. In other words, your chances of success are slim, but when your videos are based on what you love, your chances of success are nearly 100%.
One of my recent YT channels is based on classic music. I love it, AHA! The video creation is rather easy, therefore, easily tedious, but I ENJOY inspecting the videos!
So the most important money factor is to build your online video empire around what you love!
The other monetary factors that I mentioned are the cumulative effect and residual income and the need for consistency. I am going to use a fictitious example based on working part-time, based on spending zero money (I strongly suggest NOT spending money until your biz can afford it), let's say about 10 hours per week. I use ten hours per week, because less than 10 hours a week does not seem to succeed, perhaps, there is not enough of a commitment. Even though my example is fictiitous, let's use some realistic numbers.
Once you get rolling, you should be able to create AI assisted vdieos in 15 to 30 minutes. While you are learning, it may take longer, but you shuld be able to create a video an hour, and at least two an hour when you gain experience. The following snapshots are from Claude (AI).
Based on the above response from Claude, a reliable source, YT pays an average of $2.25 per 1,000 views($1.50 to $3.00) and the average amount of views for a new channel is 100 to 1,000 views per week with a potential in the thousands or even millions per week.
If it takes an hour to make a video, you can create 10 videos per week, at 1/2 hour each, you can create 20 videos in a week. Since you would be starting from scratch, looking at the low end of 100 views per week, your videos will get 1000 to 2000 views per week (after monetization). At $2.25 per 1K views, your earnings should be $2.25 to $5.00. For 10 hours work, that seems terrible. The good news is that your videos can continue to generate views week after week (residual income). So be consistent, add 10 to 20 or more videos each week (cumulative effect). Even with these LOW numbers, consistent posting of videos is like your channel is giving you a raise of $2.25 to $4.50 each week.
Consistency is essential for channel growth which is another financial factor to aid your online adventure. In about a year, by just faithfully adding videos, your income should be at least $225 to $450 per week, without factoring in channel growth, and. although no kind of financial promises can be made legally, this income projection should be low.
I also mentioned Rumble. The advatage of Rumble is that monetizaton is immediate and super easy. You will get views. I have four channels on Rumble. Traffic is steady and consistent, and growing, however, I believe that viral portential is much less likey.

Do NOT publish right away!?? According to the YT gurus, when you publish right away, YT may be wary that you are a bot. The recommendation is to wait 2 hours to 24 hours before publising.
Create an additional highlight video (a YT short)
Filmora (a free video editor with watermark) will publish your video, and when you turn on highlight, it will scan your video and create a hightlight short. about 50 to 60 seconds long. The short will be 16:9 and will need to be changed to 9:16, so create a new video, add the short to your timeline, go to properties, change from 16:9 to 9:16, and publish, and upload. As a new channel you will have to link your short to your full video, once verified or established, YT will provide that option. The reason why this will help you, especially when you are new, is that an added short will get more views, in fact, shorts typically get lots more views, thus giving your channel lots of extra exposure.
Multi tasking
Because of AI, it is easier to work on more than one thing at a time. When using AI such as Claude, I recommend that you simply create a new conversation. This makes it easy to refer back to.
Ubersuggest will do 3 searches at once.
You can upload more that one video at a time.
If you are brand new, you may want to save multi-tasking till later, but when you are ready it will save you time.
Google Docs
Google Docs is free. It is a convenient place to store data. You can even use it for creating web pages, blog posts, and more.
SHARE
Once you publish your video, hit share. The share button allows you to share your videos on most of the major socal media platforms. Join several, and then share each time you publish. Also, take time to visit the sites that you have joined and interact, a little interaction goes a long way,

Such as a free guide, but not as a conventional PDF or download, but as a web page. A web page full of valuable, keyword filled content. Ubersuggest and ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, etc. will make your web page easy to create with AI, will help you with your keyword list for your meta section, and for your video, and do the same for your web page content. In other words, ask your AI to weave the keywords and phrases into your video description and into your web page content. The search engines are going to send free traffic, both to your videos, and to your web pages, especially when they are over 2K words, and thanks to AI, you are able to create content with keywords and phrases that have excellent search volume and low competition (scoring in the green above), so your pages act as a magnet for visitors that you can send to your channel, and the "free gift" will draw viewers to your site.
For example, as you see above, globally, over 90K people search for "quiizzes about personality", yet it scores in the green which means low competition!
Adding a web page is an easy step to take along with your creating a video. The page below was made with a free template, which most site builders have, even free ones. Below is Groove, but it is not free. Webador is free, however, and has templates that will save you time and effort, and make your site look professional, as well.
I know that all this may seem like a lot, but, it will get easier and easier, and that is a promise. Give it a try.
