Too Many Technical Terms

Great humour Francis and an equally impressive message in your main text. You're right, technical lingo is pervasive on the internet among geeks and other like-minded techies, they forget that ordinary users have no idea what they're refering to. This is where communication and selling (as in selling yourself) skills come in. Simple no-nonsense language works with everybody in any situation. Most times you need to be uneducated in order to be smart!

After reading your post today Francis, the words of my mentor come to mind "Keep it super simple." I believe when you keep it simple and as you brought out in your post, too many technical terms that many IMers don't understand will not work best for you. I agree that asking for feedback when people visit your website is vital. Valuable information for sure.
