Trouble or Opportunity?!!

An original post by George Pierce.

If you are struggling online or financially, please read on, you may be glad that you did.

Hi All,

I am George Pierce.  I have a strange habit. I cannot help it,  I look at every problem, every bump, setback, delay, obstacle, roadblock, failure, detour, etc, as an opportunity.  Is that a good thing?

Let's see.

You might be aware that only about 3% succeed, but research tells us that about 20% sincerely want to succeed, I mean, to the point where they are willing to put in the time and the effort, to the point where they are willing to do what it takes.  Research also says that about 80% of us want to work from home and would like to have our own biz.

You already know that nothing is going to happen if you do not take action.  Is there a missing ingredient, however, another ingredient or is action all we need?

If you want to succeed, action is essential, action is imperative, BUT, according to the numbers, action is not enough.

There is another ingredient, but you already possess it, it is free, in fact, you are already using this power.  You can call it attitude, altitude, attraction, positive thinking. it really does not matter what it is called.  What matters is how you use it.

Notice that I said HOW.

You are already using your power of success, we all are. HUH?  Then why aren't we all successful?

Our brain is literally designed to produce (manifest) whatever we desire.  This is wonderful and can be an amazing revelation.  This revelation, however, is just a tiny first step.

Although success and growth should be an ongoing and evolving process, Whether we look at success as a destination, or as a point along our success journey at which we want to arrive, we can begin to lay out a plan or a road map to our destination.

Our brain can be our best ally or our worst enemy when it comes to success.  It has several obstacles (which are OPPORTUNITIES!) to overcome.

What you might not realize about your brain:

#1:  It often has NO CLUE as to what we really want.  This is not your brain's fault or your fault, most of us fail to figure out what we want.

#2:  It has probably been programmed to FAIL!  This is not as bad as it may sound, but, for most of us, our track record so far is what our brain has to go by.  So failure for many of us may be what our brain has been accustomed to seeing, thus failure seems to be what we want, and our brain will do its best to deliver what we want...what it believes we want.

Can we fix this?

Of course!

The power of clarity:

If we want to get from our present location to a new destination (success), we need to be perfectly clear about where we are going and how we are going to get there.  Your brain can and will get you there, so give it clear and exact details.

The power of rose colored glasses:

What inspired this post is a video training series that I am working on. Each step of the way opens more and more opportunities which means more and more ways to earn!  As I progress through the creation of this training, I find it exciting.  I cannot wait to share how to do this or how to do that.  In my eyes, the training is sharing one opportunity after another after another.

Take off the rose colored glasses, however, and all these opportunities can go from positives to negatives.  They become troubles, one after another after another.

According to Henry Ford ~ "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't – you're right,"

Obstacles are just part of doing business, even failures. In fact, failures are the absolute best learning experiences.  As long as we get back up and keep pushing forward.

We can turn our brain into an ally, by making a conscious choice to do so.

To make your success journey even easier, I will even loan you my rose colored glasses, better yet, you can keep them.

This brings us to another important ingredient, that I believe is the catalyst to help us toward success.  That ingredient is 'giving'.

Exactly why or how giving is so important to success, I am still not sure.  I started giving for the wrong reasons.  I understood that giving leads to getting and it does. Giving is so powerful and so rewarding.  Even if you give for the wrong reasons, you will soon find yourself giving because you want to, eventually you almost have to give, you cannot help it and you will be giving for the right reasons,

The good news is that you will be rewarded and you will discover that your blessings will always exceed your giving.

You sincerely have the power to change your life and you can start as soon as you make that choice.

Thank you for reading.  Allow me to wish you much success.

Our thinking is the key essential to our success. Our thoughts can lead us to live in prisons or palaces.

Thank you for that insight, George.

You have covered a lot in this post. One point you made that I agree with totally is "Obstacles are just part of doing business, even failures. In fact, failures are the absolute best learning experiences.  As long as we get back up and keep pushing forward.

We can turn our brain into an ally, by making a conscious choice to do so."

What a profound statement this is. Thank you for sharing your wisdom so more people can take heed to your advice and tips you shared. Have a great day.

Absolutely Terri, George hits the mark. Failures and demanding situations are the twists and turns on the road to success; you don't get to your destination without negotiating them.
