Manatee Awareness Month (Siphoning Traffic)

13165537053?profile=RESIZE_400x

Hi All!  I am George Pierce, this post is about siphoning traffic, with a bit of a twist.  The twist is to build siphons around worthy causes, such as Manatee Awareness.  Each month of the year celebrates awareness of many noble causes.  Per Wikipedia, November alone also celebrates
"Black Catholic History Month, COPD Awareness Month, Indigenous Disability Awareness Month (Canada), Movember, National Novel Writing Month,
and Native American Indian/Alaska Native Heritage Month".

Above is a snapshot of the search results for Manatee using a free browser extension called Ubersuggest.  Pertinent keyword phrases such as "Manatee" and "Sea Cow Manatee" are getting over 300K searches per month with reasonably low competition from organic traffic (SD) and no competition (PD) for paid traffic.  The lower the number, the less competition.

Build your content (video and/or text) around keyword phrases with good search and low competition, then send visitors to your website, YT channel, squeeze page, blog, etc.

This kind of traffic generation is a form of traffic siphoning and it is free.

Bonus:

Infographics can help your cause. They grab attention and get clicks; in other words, they work. The above infographic (top image) was made for free, and in minutes thanks to Canva dot com. Canva offers free, professional-made infographics that you can choose from and makes customization easy and fast.

Thank you for reading.

Much success,

George Pierce

The awareness month is working! I now know more about manatees than ever and about how to use the awareness month factoras attention grabbers for other projects. Well done yet again George ... and thank you!

When we use the right keywords, and when the perceived value is almost immediate (thanks to the infographic), it is a win ~ win ~ win ~ win.  Search engines, visitors, awareness such as Manatees, and click-throughs all benefit.  Thank you, Tom.
